About Between the Tides

Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, this home is the perfect vacation spot and is just minutes from the area’s best restaurants and attractions. Between the Tide offers numerous vantage points from the two-tiered oversized decks and is a short 350-yard walk to the beach.

Underneath the home, guests will find a shady place to cook on a gas grill and enjoy a meal seated at the bar or the dining table. The mounted 55-inch SMART TV with surround sound and a comfortable seating area provides a great place to watch the game or your favorite movie. Hammocks, corn-hole boards, and a ping-pong table will ensure lots of family fun, plus beach equipment/wagon and pool games are provided. An additional fridge with an icemaker is located inside the storage room that houses all of the equipment. End the day roasting marshmallows around the fire pit in the backyard or get back in the pool for a night swim.

Between the Tides features an open floor plan with plenty of room to entertain. Guests will find on the home's main level, a spacious living area with comfortable seating and amazing views through the floor-to-ceiling French doors and windows. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space to prepare a decadent meal. The home comes with an induction stove and the proper cookware is provided. The dining area will seat 8 guests with additional seating at the bar.

There are also 2 bedrooms on the main level of the home, each has a king-size bed, deck access, and smart televisions The full hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo for all of the guests to use.

Upstairs on the second floor are 4 more bedrooms equipped with smart televisions and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom 3 will sleep 4 guests in two full-size beds. Bedroom 4 will sleep 6 guests in two twin over full bunk beds. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 has a queen-size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom (bedroom 6) boasts a king-size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to be in noncompliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
