*** ��Estamos siempre actualizando nuestra unidad! En marzo de 2017, reemplazamos la alfombra en el dormitorio y la sala de literas con pisos de baldosas. �����En 2016, agregamos dos nuevas sillas tapizadas a la sala familiar! Tambi��������n reemplazamos la lavadora y la secadora con unidades nuevas (¡incluyendo una lavadora de carga superior!) ��Durante 2015, reemplazamos el piso en la Habitaci��n Familiar y el �������������rea de Comedor con nuevos pisos de Cerámica! ¡Se han publicado imágenes actualizadas para todo esto! Otras actualizaciones incluyen pintura nueva, un nuevo colch����n Simmons BeautyRest de tama����o King en el dormitorio principal y un edred��n nuevo, y un nuevo sistema Mini-Stereo con Bluetooth en la habitación familiar. ¡También hemos agregado nuevos Chaise Lounges y Bistro Chairs en el balc��n!

*** �����Ubicación perfecta en el quinto piso! Gran elevación para vistas, pero no demasiado alto. Desde aqu��, ¡puedes ver las olas romperse sobre la arena mientras estás sentado en la sala de estar o acostado en tu cama! ¡Solo dos pisos arriba del pasillo del estacionamiento, así que no hay largos paseos en el elevador!

*** Unidad del West End! El balcón tiene buenas vistas de la playa en ambas direcciones, especialmente una vista fantástica, sin obstrucciones hacia el oeste para ver las puestas de sol y el muelle de pesca (ver la imagen de abajo!) Este es un balc��n privado (¡raro en Aqua!) ¡Tiene dos tumbonas y un bistró para dos personas!

*** Sillas de playa gratis! El servicio de playa, que incluye dos salones acolchados y sombrilla, es gratuito para nuestros huéspedes de marzo a octubre.

*** Muy bien amueblado, c����modo y de buen gusto. Cada habitación est�������� bellamente decorada. (¡Mira las fotos!) A sus hijos les encantará las literas hechas a medida. Las literas tienen mucho espacio libre para que sus hijos puedan sentarse cómodamente en la cama y mirar televisión. ��Y te encantará el colch��n King-Sized Simmons BeautyRest en el dormitorio! La cama Queen en la habitación familiar proporciona espacio adicional para dormir. Las cortinas opacas del piso al techo bloquean la luz cuando se quiere privacidad, e incluyen amarres cuando se desea dejar que el sol brille (¡comprueba cuánto vidrio da a la playa!).

*** ¡Electr������nica mejorada! The only slight problem we encountered (toilet would run) was handled in 15 minutes. It was nice being low enough to take the stairs if the elevators were busy, yet high enough for a great view.

We have rented unit 508 from them in the past and it was just as clean and nice, close to everything! We will definitely rent from them again!

The condo was clean and tastefully furnished, the location was so convenient, and the view was spectacular! This was a last-minute booking and we so appreciate the owner working with us to make it possible. To top it off, we "randomly" ended up next door to our daughter's family, who had booked a year ago for the Ironman race. Our stay could not have been any better and we look forward to returning in the furture.

We had to park on the side of the parking garage, was so afraid that our car would be towed. The other thing was that the guys at the beach were you get your beach chairs were extremely rude, there was one out of the four that was very nice, but the others were not. Other than that it was all good .

This room’s perks were the price, new sofa, comfy bed, cable tv and convenient 5th floor location! The unit had minimal signs of wear but is to be expected. It was fine for us and I would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed the location, visited Pier Park, Pineapple Willy’s, Triple J’s, Saltwater Grille, Pink Pelican Ice Cream and Goofy Golf.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (6 in total) have been coming to Aqua for the past 5 years. There is a reason for this. We have stayed at other reputable condos at PCB but once we found Aqua, we have not considered staying at another condo. The price, quality of the condos, amenities, and staff keep us coming back. Their staff (especially Robin in Reservations) answers any questions, helps us plan the most cost effective trip, and overall takes care of any issues we may experience. Without hesitation our family recommends Aqua to anyone wanting to vacation in PCB.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our third time staying at Aqua and had a great time. We stayed in unit 510 and it was very clean and well cared for. Lots of updates over the years. As for the property at aqua, although very clean, it is starting to show some wear. One of the elevators was hit and miss for the entire 2 weeks. The pool area was spotless as always but could definitely use some upgrades. The lounge chairs are in need of being replaced. The nice wood ones under the pergolas as showing their age. BBQs were very difficult to light but cleaned well every night. Staff around the property were always very polite and pleasant.
