Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was nice. In my opinion (or compared to other units we have rented in the past), it needs updating. The sofa appeared new, but the other furniture items seemed older. Everything functioned well as far as appliances, plumbing, televisions. Patio furniture not matched and one plastic chair was broken on the balcony. Carpets in both bedrooms heavily worn. king bed was comfortable, but queen bed and bunk beds were not as comfortable. Pull-out bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if there were some beach towels to use. The unit did provide boogie boards and beach chairs for use which was really nice. Unit has a beautiful view.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was not up to Aqua standards. We have stayed at Aqua around 8 of our 20 visits to Panama City Beach. This was the most disappointing. The carpeting in both bedrooms was stained and not clean. One chair in the living room was broken and one on the balcony was broken leaving only two chairs and no table...(this unit sleeps 8)!! Not enough seating! The blender did not work. A number of light bulbs were burned out in the ceiling fixtures leaving the rooms poorly lit. The light in the master bedroom shower went off and on. The living room picture was faded and no plants as shown in the photo. Bottom Line-this was not a $2500 a week unit! We would have been totally embarrassed if family or friends had accompanied us. We love Aqua but will look for a different condo on our next visit.

There were restaurants and shopping within walking distance in both directions. The condo kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty of room. The view was great and we didn't have any problem with slow elevators. I would probably try a different unit next time because the beds were pretty hard. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The view was breathtaking and the pools were refreshing. We specifically choose units that include beach chairs and 1105 includes just that. My teens enjoy having water sports available directly in front of Aqua and Pier Park just steps away.

Reviewer Comments: Overall good trip except for the surf, but not much you can do about that. Double reds first two days then a lot of algae the last two days. Room was clean, and had extras like cards and board games that we enjoyed. Smoke detectors went off one night at 2:30 in the morning for 30 minutes until security unplugged them for the night. Security did not tell maintenance the next day so we had to contact them the next morning to let them know what happened so they would fix it. Washing machine is old and stopped working the same night the smoke detectors went off so had to get maintenance to fix that too. He was very nice and timely. Last year they had the volleyball nets up, and we enjoyed playing. This year they did not. The gentlemen at the rental huts were not very pleasant at times either when we signed up for parasailing and boat rides.

Aqua one week stay

Shuckums bar was loud and heard thru walls even on 11th floor. Window was unlocked. Not happy about that. Beach chairs included. $1500 for 7 nights was reasonable.
