Cheryl and Ian from Let's Host For You will be your main contacts during your stay. We will send your check-in details 48 hours prior to your check-in date and send your check-out details 24 hours before your departure date. We will also contact you shortly after arrival to make sure you have settled in okay, also giving you the opportunity to report any immediate concerns or ask any questions.

Explore the nearby beaches, including the family-friendly St Mildred’s Bay, or take a quick train ride to the vibrant town of Margate. With two allocated parking spaces, your coastal adventure is just a drive away.

Step inside to discover a beautifully designed ground floor featuring a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a cafetière for your morning brew. The informal dining area flows seamlessly into a charming garden, where you can unwind amidst pebbled landscaping and lush plants. Enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table, or host a lavish dinner in the elegant formal dining room, seating up to ten guests.

Retreat to the first floor, where a light-filled lounge awaits, complete with a Smart TV (guest can log in to apps like Netflix and Amazon), plush seating, and an array of board games for cosy evenings in. The master bedroom boasts a sumptuous super king bed, built-in wardrobes, and a private ensuite bathroom with shower, ensuring a serene sanctuary for relaxation.

Venture to the second floor, home to three additional bedrooms—a king, a double, and a room with two singles—each offering ample storage and comfort. A stylish master bathroom with a bath and overhead shower completes this level, catering to all your needs.

There are also two allocated parking spaces with the accommodation.


Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Westgate on Sea train station is approx 5-10min away and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Margate and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY OR ON THE PROPERTY GROUNDS★
No smoking or vaping allowed. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
