Directly on the beach and close to everything without being in the congested areas of the beach. There’s nothing like being able to park at your front door and step off the back deck directly onto the beach. It’s easy to enjoy the views from the deck and upper primary bedroom balcony to take in the scenery and awesome sunsets. We’d love to host you all again when you’re in need of beach accommodations. This is a beautiful townhome right on the beach. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach or sit on the deck and take in the view! The townhouse is right next to Schooners, a fun place to grab a bite or drink.

This rental exceeded our expectations. We had 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3-12 and there was plenty of space for us.There was a ton of beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. We ended up leaving all of our toys as well so we didn’t have to drag them home with us. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was very clean and nice. Location was fantastic! Best beach experience! Rental contact has been great and even asked how was our stay. Will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a family vacation right on the beach with lots of activities to entertain the kids.

Great place, will definitely be back!

We chose this place for the location. We have two littles and the thought of lugging everything out to the beach for maybe an hour of fun (we all know kids get bored and tired very quickly) just didn't sound appealing. This place exceeded our expectations!

Excellent location!

Property was just what we wanted! Plenty of space for my husband and I and our 12 and 9 year olds. The location can’t be beat - step right off the porch into the sugary sand beach! The inside can use some updating, but the location makes up for that.

Ideal location

This property was a perfect choice for our family of 4. It was located directly on the beach and was so nice to be able to step directly from the private deck onto the beach. It was easy to access, parking was plenty, and it was very convenient to be able to walk to Schooners. Will definitely recommend to others.

Spur of the moment getaway!

Booked this property on short notice and you can't be too choosy when traveling with a small dog. We were very happy with the accommodations. You can't get any closer to the beach and the place was super clean. David the owner is a true gentleman and made the process a real pleasure. We plan on renting from him again for our next escape.

Beautiful Property

This property will definitely be on our list to stay again. Beautiful inside and awesome location. Having the beach in your backyard is a must! We had an hour delay upon checking in but everything else was perfect. Communication with the property manager was great.

The only thing that was different was the photos on vrbo. But that was because it had been redone. It was beautiful and very clean. Perfect location and all.

The total renovation completed in May 2021 turned out amazing. The ultimate convenience of an updated unit and being directly on the beach where you park at your front door and step off the back deck directly onto the beach makes this property popular and desirable to rent. You were the first guest to enjoy the newly renovated townhome. (Online Pics coming soon). The location is ideal and at the renovations are fresh, clean and totally upto date. It's amazing the transformation of the unit. Floor to ceiling was redone. There are still a few decor items to be added, but it doesn't affect the overall feel or appearance. Hope to see you all again.

Had a great vacation!

We had a great stay at this property! The property has all the needed amenities and David was very prompt in responding to our questions and needs. We had to extend our stay because of hurricane Sally and we're thankful that he was accomodating with that. Location is also great -- espeically for families with small children. We'd certainly want to be back to this property for another vacation.
