All'ingresso dell'appartamento TABATA potete trovare sulla vostra sinistra la hall con un divano a due che si può trasformare con estrema semplicità in a comodo letto matrimoniale con il materasso 160 cm x 190 cm (63 pollici x 74,8 pollici) mentre l 'altro può essere trasformato in un letto singolo. Una comoda poltrona può diventare un comodo letto singolo. Il tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e un armadio per gli effetti personali degli ospiti che dormono in questa stanza. La cámara es una grabación de un porta scorrevole para la privacidad de los ospiti che soggiornano nel divano letto e una TV al plasma. Andando avanti troverai la cucina dove potrai goderti tutti i comfort. Tro Posible trovare il "Servizio relax" - il vassoio di benvenuto al vostro arrivo, frutta fresca di stagione, vari gusti di tè, caffettiera italiana "moka" o caffè americano. Zucchero, venta, olio, pepe sono sempre a vostra disposizione. La cocina es attrezzata con lavastoviglie, frigorifero, fornello a gas, stoviglie e tutto il needario per un soggiorno senza problemmi. Procedendo troverete il bagno sulla vostra destra dotato di doccia, WC, bidet, lavabo, asciugacapelli e primo soccorso e asciugamani. Sulla vostra sinistra c'è una piccola stanza sul retro dove sono collocati la lavatrice, l'asciugatrice e l'aspirapolvere Dyson.

Amazing space!

This was a wonderful rental! So close to everything - the market across the street, walking distance to all major sights and close to train station. The host was helpful and kind and the space was super clean! Great place to stay and would definitely recommend!

Stefana and Valeria were wonderful. Communication was excellent as was the check-in and check out and the apartment itself is just beautiful and set in a perfect setting near all the important and out-of-the-way sites that made our visit memorable.

Our hostess was the nicest lady with a beautiful smile, good recommendations and an ability to make us feel wanted and accepted. We had absolutely no problems and feel like this was one of our best VRBO stays ever! Will recommend.

Beautiful well-situated apartment!

Very clean. Very comfortable. Well decorated. Updated appliances and bathroom. Nicely stocked kitchen with coffee and tea. Location is wonderful… right next to the central market. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location/Beautiful Flat

Valeria met us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour with many great tips for Florence. She was available at a moments notice for our questions. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and in a super convenient location to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend their place!!

Absolutely perfect accomodation

Wonderful accomodation in every way. Homely, fantastic location (across the road from a fantastic market and food hall), beautifully set up, all amenities provided. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars, it’s fabulous. Great communication with host, and Valeria who met us at the apartment was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we hopefully return to Florence one day.

Simply Wonderful

This apartment was perfect! Great location! Close to the train station for day trips. Wonderful restaurants in the area. And the hosts were fantastic! Even helped order a very early morning taxi for us upon departure, and even followed up with a reminder for us as the taxi arrival time was getting closer! Their apartment and their customer service only enhanced our stay in Florence. Very strongly recommend!

So many great things to say about this flat. Centrally located to great restaurants, the train station, and the sights. Stephania and Valeria were fantastic to work with from booking, check-in and checkout. The flat itself was very spacious and comfortable. Washer & Dryer was a major plus. Note that the shower is quite small, but it did not impact us.Highly recommend!!

Magical place and location

The owners quickly replied to questions with directions from the train to the apartment. The manager met us at the door of the apartment- such a perfect location- walked to all the sites easily and right on the street with the leather vendors. The apartment had all we needed- so clean and well equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen except for the kettle- but it was all there. The linens and towels were so nice, the artwork and decor was well suited- a touch of home. The treats provided saved us on a long train ride to our next town. We will stay there again for sure!!! Thank you.

Apartment was wonderful

Don’t let the vendors outside the apartment or the entrance stairs discourage you. The apartment was wonderful. We had a small problem with the A/C, but the host fixed it as quickly as possible. I do HIGHLY recommend the apartment. It met all of our needs. We even cooked several times while we were there for 3 weeks which saved a lot of money on food. I was very disappointed with VRBO however, they did not send payment to the host in a timely manner which created a tense situation between us and the host. The host finally received payment, but because of this we will not use VRBO again.

Perfect location for this darling flat. LOVED it!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this flat that was situated directly across the street from the Central Market. The Leather Market is on the street below the apartment which is fun and the Central Market is a great place for a quick bite or cafe and to just walk around and see the local produce and food of the region. There are so many restaurants and shops in the area and we walked everywhere. It is just a 5 minute walk to the Duomo as well. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is so clean and very comfortable and check in was made so easy with communication that was so prompt. Parking in a private garage on S. Antonia was just 2 blocks away and was about $35/day and well run. So important as there is no parking on the street due to the leather market. I cannot express how well appointed the apartment is and decorated in such a lovely way, the bed was very comfortable with high end linens and all we needed. It was great to have a washer/dryer also. So glad we stayed there.

Incredible apartment

Our stay in Florence was incredible! It's location right across the street from the San Lorenzo Market was just perfect! We walked out the front door and we were right in the middle of the market vendors! Even though we were in the middle of the market area, the apartment was very quiet. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. Upon arrival we were met by Valeria, who is an absolute angel! She showed us around the apartment and how to use everything. She gave us her phone number so we could text her with any questions we had. When we did text her, she responded immediately! The apartment was precious! It was extremely clean! You could tell that they took pride the their property and was well taken care of! The owner provided fresh fruit, pastries, water and chocolate for us! She even left us sample size lotions and soaps! Made us feel so welcomed!

Great apartment, perfect host

Valaria and Stefania were the perfect hosts. Valeria personally met with us at the apartment and showed us where everything was. With a happy personality she made us feel welcome straight away. By the time she left the apartment we felt like we had known her for years. What a great start to our time in Florence. The apartment was perfect with everything you need. Comfortable bed, air con, double glazed windows at the front and a washing machine just to top it off made our stay most enjoyable. The markets are close by and there’s a choice of three supermarkets just down the road. Where in our 60,s and had no trouble walking the short distance to the apartment from the train station. There’s a small set of stairs to the apartment on the first floor and again these were not a problem. If you want to cook yourself a nice steak, simply walk across the road in the morning and visit the butchers at the market. Alternatively there’s plenty of restaurants providing steak, pasta and vegetarian dishes. Florence is very easy to get around by foot or there’s buses and trams as there’s no metro lines. We would highly recommend this apartment and the beautiful hosts that greet you on arrival are second to none. Thank you Valeria and Stefania, we leave Florence with fond memories, kind regards Rhonda and Wayne

Just as advertised

This property was well very well appointed including a washer and dryer. The manager was attentive with all our needs. I would stay here again. The leather market was directly out the front door. Close to Duomo and most things you want to see in Florence.

The apartment is located on the second floor. There are about 10-20 steps to climb to the front door. The apartment is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the refrigerator, stove, utensils, etc. The bathroom is very clean. There is a washer and dryer for laundry. The bedroom can sleep 2 people, and the living room has a pull out bed that can sleep 2 as well. The apartment is ideally located near the Santa Maria Novella train station (within walking distance). Also, directly across the street is the Central Market, which has many shops, and restaurants. The museums are within walking distance. highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending four nights in October, 2019. The décor of this apartment is amazing! Very high-end kitchen and bath, comfortable furniture and bed, great washing machine and dryer, everything to make you feel at home. Best of all was the amazing greeting we received from Valeria when we arrived. We were greeted as if we were long lost friends! She took her time to give us a tour of the apartment, and explained all the features in great detail. The location is great, directly across the street from the Central Market, which has a variety of food options. The apartment is within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and the train station. I definitely will stay here again; I highly recommend this apartment!
