Condominio de lujo frente al mar Penthouse - 3BD / 2BA Capacidad para 8 adultos.

Nuestro condominio es un ático de esquina de 3 habitaciones que es una playa directa y frente al golfo con vistas que lo dejarán sin aliento. No hay caminos para cruzar y solo unos 30 pasos hacia el agua y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama King y un balcón exterior. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen y un baño semiprivado. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido con 2 colchones individuales. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama con un cómodo colchón de espuma viscoelástica tamaño Queen. Total, nuestro condominio puede dormir 8 adultos cómodamente.

• Gran televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas en la sala de estar (Netflix GRATIS incluido)
• Reproductor de DVD Blu-Ray
• cocina totalmente equipada con lo último en electrodomésticos
• Un montón de toallas de baño y ropa de cama (traiga sus toallas de playa)
• Servicio de playa con sombrilla grande y 2 sillas de marzo a octubre.
• 2 sillas de playa grandes y 2 regulares en la sala de lavandería.
• Piscina climatizada y jacuzzi junto a la piscina
• Cuarto de lavado dentro del condominio lavadora y secadora grandes

Such an AMAZING week! Always goes by too fast. Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and even more pretty in person. Don was super communicative and was only a text or phone call away if we needed anything. We actually got to meet him and Gina on the beach our last day. Great people! The beach just outside my window

The location of this unit was so great, being steps from the beach. We had great views from sunrise to sunset from the balcony and master bedroom. The entry to the beach is a ramp (no stairs) and we appreciated the chairs and umbrella included with the rental through Oct. 31. Okaloosa Island is lovely, with the Emerald Coast’s white sand, turquoise waters and relaxed vibe. The condo kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dishes, and we cooked several meals there. Smart or gaming tvs available in every room and beach toys and chairs were included. The owner was extremely prompt and responsive to questions, and he cared that we would have a good time. Sea Dunes is a small condo building, and most days there was space for us to park in the covered garage (we stayed in October). Pool and hot tub were in good working order, and there was evidence that the premises were cleaned regularly. Tom Thumb convenience store is near enough to stop by for a fountain drink or snacks. The third bedroom is good for kids, since it is equipped with a trundle bed. Washer/dryer in the unit. Ice maker does crushed or cubes and water. Two varieties of coffee maker. All the conveniences. Thanks for a good vacation.

38th Anniversary Trip

This is a beautiful property with a wonderful view of the ocean. It is right on the beach so when you walk out the door, you're there. Don was great to give us tips on restaurants and things to do and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is in superb condition and is well appointed with everything you may need. Beautiful views of the ocean and the beach was spectacular. Our host was also super friendly and informative. Would definitely rent again.

This place is absolutely beautiful! When you walk in prepare for your breath to be taken. The views are second to none. Ocean views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. The master and living room both have access to the balcony. Nice size master bath, it is exactly as described and everything in in clean working order. Kitchen is fully stocked with any kind of utensil you may need. The host is absolutely wonderful. He got in touch with me within 15 minutes of booking, sent a welcome email explaining the property and area. Only a 15 minute drive to destin harbor. No crowded beaches and we had the hot tub to ourselves almost every night. I could go on and on about this place. If you are like me and couldnt decide between a few places, this is your place for all the fun and relaxation you need!

We always stay at a Sea Dunes Condo when visiting Fort Walton/Destin. This one is by far the best!!! Lots of room, comfy beds and very involved owners!!! I highly recommend staying here!! Can’t wait to go back. They have everything you need. Just bring yourself and some tanning lotion!!!

Amazing property and Amazing Owners!!

My family had a fantastic vacation and the condo was perfect! The condo is just as the pictures show and the sand is amazing!! The area is beautiful, and the beach was not crowded. With the complimentary beach service, it was nice to have some shade down by the ocean. When we were visiting, the pool was never too crowded, and my girls had a great time playing in the pool. The other guests were friendly as well and made good company as all the kids played and the adults chatted around the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the view was spectacular! We saw dolphins almost daily, as well as brown pelicans flying all around. Don and Gina were fantastic hosts. They made sure our stay was as good as we dreamed! We were in contact with Don throughout our vacation, and he responded quickly. The trundle bed had come apart, and he quickly offered to have someone fix it. After our vacation, Don visited the condo for his own vacation and even sent me pictures of the repaired trundle! It will not be falling apart again!! I have rented from various owners on HomeAway, and I would say that Don and Gina want to make sure that their guests are comfortable, enjoy their vacation, the location, and get a little piece of paradise while they are staying in their unit! I would absolutely rent from them again, and I look forward to my next stay at the Beachfront Penthouse! Thanks so much for allowing my family to stay!!

Some of our most treasured memories are from our Family Vacations at the Beach with our Children and their Grandparents. We hope your Family vacation at our condo is wonderful.

We looked at dozens of condos and fell in love with this Beachfront Penthouse. We are right on top of the Beach looking out on the Gulf. The views from our Balcony are Spectacular with a full 180 degree view up and down the Beach. The Master Bedroom opens out on the Balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and bathroom. Our third bedroom with a pull out trundle bed that sleeps 2 adults. We just love the location on quiet Okaloosa Island yet it is close to downtown Fort Walton and Destin for dining and shopping.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have the highly desirable corner unit on the top floor. We have an eastern facing window that allows morning sun. Our building is quiet with only 24 units.
