Property was clean, in a great area, and worked out nice for our stay. Communication is through a company not an individual person so it didn't feel personal at all. Everytime I needed to contact them prior to check-in to fill out info it always took a day and a half to two days to get a reply that answered my question because they needed to forward my message to another department. Also their system originally tried to charge me too much of the security deposit hold and then when it was the correct amount, they put two holds on my credit cards for the security deposit instead of one. I was not charged the deposit at all but it was frustrating that it happened.
