Este impresionante oasis tropical Sunbreeze cuenta con pisos de madera y azulejos en toda la casa, en la parte delantera y trasera para descansar y disfrutar del aire fresco, y también una piscina climatizada con follaje tropical que se puede disfrutar durante todo el año. El dormitorio principal alberga una cama de matrimonio con un baño principal con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. Disfrutar de la apertura de la puerta corredera de la terraza y la piscina trasera derecha de su dormitorio. La planta superior alberga dos habitaciones que se comporta 2 camas matrimoniales y el otro ofrece otra cama de matrimonio, todas con excelente luz natural. A poca distancia de restaurantes, entretenimiento y la playa. ¡Esta propiedad seguramente impresionará a los visitantes y hará de Anna Maria Island tu segundo hogar!

Awesome Place to Vacation!

The location and stay was fantastic. The home had everything we needed. We were within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. I recommend this location for an affordable family vacation.

Relaxing stay

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location and amenities of this house. We especially loved the screened in deck where we enjoyed eating all our meals outdoors. The backyard/pool was also a big favorite place for our family. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We actually used one bedroom as an office. Convenient to shopping and restaurants but not noisy at all.

Cleanliness was amazing !

We had an all around amazing stay at this property. Short walk to beach - great location. Super clean property! Kids had own space upstairs master suite was down - great pool and when we did have very minor glitches - management company was there within hours. Loved this property !!!!

Great AMI Getaway

Absolutely loved it. Beautiful home! Spent our mornings at the beach, our afternoons in the pool and our evenings playing games on the screened front porch. Will absolutely look for this home again in the future!

Great place!

Walking distance to several restaurants/bars & close to a trolley stop. Little bit of a hike to the beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in front porch in the mornings with our coffee. The pool area is very nice, but doesn’t get much sun. Bedrooms are very spacious and the house was perfectly comfortable for 6 adults.

Holmes beach getaway

The house was clean but not well stocked. The pool and area was really nice but there was only a short window of sun back there. Did really like the location as we were able to walk to restaurants, beach, and ice cream shop

Nice Beach House

Then property was very nice. The process was easy. Would suggest nicer linens and a few more essentials be provided. Would have been nice if beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. Overall good experience.

everything we needed

This was everything we needed in a property for our family vacation. The house was clean, uncluttered, baby friendly (in that there were no tiny decorations to hide away). There were some beach toys and chairs, with a handy cart to carry everything in. Close to restaurants (the ugly grouper is right around the corner), easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice and clean, the back yard was definitely the star of the show. Loved our stay there, would 100% go again.

Great Experience

This was conveniently located to the beach & several nearby restaurants. The house was extremely clean & easy to access with a code. Our previous vacations we had to pick up a key at the reality office in N. C. The code is so convenient. We used the pool & it was well kept & very clean. It was our first time to this area & everyone was extremely helpful & courteous. We had a nice getaway as a family and enjoyed our stay.

Deluxe location

Everything was great for the most part. We noticed there wasnt a trash bin, i contacted the property management team, and they were surprised but never got another one. We dropped trash at local gas station. Pillows are not the greatest, and the master bed is very squeaky lol Pool is shaded for most of the day, but otherwise, it was a great spot. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location!

We loved our stay in this house! The pool is amazing and the location is just a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants etc. If you have small children, it’s important to note the master is on the first floor and the other two bedrooms are on the second floor. Our kids are a bit older so it was no problem, but just something to know. The house also has a lovely screened in porch on the front where we ate most of our meals. The house was mostly clean and well-kept except for the shower in the master bedroom. We were surprised it had quite a bit of mildew staining. All in all though, a great rental. We’ll definitely come back!

Our recent stay

The house was everything as promised! The pool area was perfect. It was great to have a beach wagon, chairs, toys, and umbrella already there! The screened in porch was really a nice addition. For future renters, I’ve seen some questions about the distance to the beach for littles. We had our 3 year old grandson with us he could walk most of the way to the beach but less on the way back as he was tired. But he rode in the wagon! It’s about 2 blocks down the street and 1 block over to the next street and down another block. Total of 4 blocks. All of the beds are super soft so if you need a firmer mattress, these are not at all firm. Just FYI.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Misty made the rental process an ease. House is so nice, beds comfortable, pool is amazing,front porch perfect for having a drink in the evening and the location the best. The pictures do not lie. I would highly recommend this property...but sorry guys we already rebooked for the month of January 2024. If you are looking for rentals on the island give Florida Dreams a try the deposit required is way lower than any one else. We have found our forever winter home with Florida Dreams. Thanks to all of you for making January 2023 the best so far.

Sun breeze rental review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the vacation experience was good. However, there were urine stains on the mattress and mattress pad in bedroom with 2 beds. Also in the other bedroom upstairs, the windows had never been clean as there was green algae half way up and I cleaned.. Also back inside stairs smelled of musty..which I scrubbed the stairs...making it smell so much better.

Convenient Location on AMI

My wife, son, and I had an excellent stay at this property. The rental is roughly a block from The Ugly Grouper restaurant and also conveniently located to many other restaurants and shops. We didn't, but it would be possible to walk to the beach from the property. The best time for direct sunlight for the pool was late morning/early afternoon, in our experience. The pool was cleaned once during the week, though it was the second to last day of our stay. Inside was clean and reasonable well appointed, but prepare to buy all necessary staples for your trip, as only the bare minimum is provided on that front. There is a Publix on the island, but prices are steep due to it being the only game in town. If you have time, I'd recommend buying ahead while still inland. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return to both AMI and this property without question.
