This delightful 200 m2 villa located in Funchal’s charming old town is minutes walk from the sea and the old town and a 45 minute easy drive to go hiking in the majestic mountains of Madeira. This air-conditioned villa has three floors with sea views, tropical garden with plunge pool, and onsite parking. Super fast broadband at 1Gbps.

Watch sunsets over the bay from your roof terrace or cool off in the plunge pool in the tropical garden of this four-bedroom 1930s villa in Funchal’s old town. Renovated by a designer, villa retains period features: rare tropical woods combined with bespoke furniture & antiques. Short walk to best venues: Barreirinha Bar Café & beach club. Great view of New Years fireworks from terrace.
The ground floor living room with original period features overlooks the lush garden where guests can relax, pour a drink from the bar, or watch TV after exploring the city or hiking in the levadas. Share a meal with friends in the fully equipped kitchen and dining room with Smeg and Nespresso appliances. On this floor, there is also a service bathroom.
On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and another one with a king-size bed with dreamy sea views. All of them are fitted with linens and multiple storage spaces. A common bathroom with bidet has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The second floor is a stunning en-suite bedroom with sea views from the roof terrace and a large sitting area with sofa. This gigantic roof terrace comes with sun loungers and dining table to spend a lazy day. This bedroom also has a complete bathroom.
Outside, guests can swim in the heated plunge pool in the lush tropical garden or pick fresh bananas for breakfast.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
