Patio doors open directly onto a sunny, landscaped garden where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.

The open plan living area is a great place to relax after days exploring the wonderful coastline here. With a comfortable sofa, smart tv and dining space you'll feel right at home. Open up the patio doors and bathe in the private and quiet sun trap garden with outside dining table and chairs to make the most of those glorious British summer days.



★ BEDROOMS ★



The generous master bedroom is a peaceful haven featuring a king-size bed, ample storage, and double doors leading onto the south-facing decked garden, perfect for catching the morning rays. There’s also space for a travel cot, making this ideal for small families.



The second room which is now back as a king size bed rather than the sofa bed shown in the pictures, enjoys patio doors leading out onto a delightful decked area (NEW PICS COMING SOON)



The modern, light-filled shower room completes the space, with large walk-in shower, sink and WC.

The Neighborhood:

West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches on the UK's south coast. And this home puts you within easy walking distance of it. The property is situated in rural, peaceful surroundings within the same grounds as the owners main house.



Whether you’re staying to explore the surrounding area or relax, you’ll be pleased to know that the local shop is within easy walking distance. And there’s a pub close by too, great for soaking up the sun in the pub garden or enjoying dinner out.



East Wittering village is a short drive away, which has plenty of shops, including fish mongers, butchers and green grocers. You'll also find cafes, pubs and restaurants and surf shops.



Here are some other places you might want to explore during your stay:



✔ More beaches at East Wittering, Selsey and Bracklesham Bay.



✔ The biggest local city, Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues including a cinema and theatre. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.



✔ Sporting events: There are two horse racing courses that can be easily reached from the house, Fontwell and Goodwood, with the latter also playing host to the annual Festival of Speed and Revival in September.



✔ If you're into walking, beautiful countryside and coastal paths can be reached on foot from the house. Or a few miles to the north, you'll find The South Downs, great for picturesque walks, hikes and bike rides.



Getting Around:

Although you can walk to the beach and local amenities, we strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area.
