Retreat to any of the four tastefully decorated bedrooms, including one double, one king, and two king XL beds, ensuring everyone finds their perfect night's sleep. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with side tables and a bench for added comfort and convenience. The four bathrooms offer versatility and convenience, with one featuring a luxurious bathtub and shower combination, two with showers, and one with just a toilet. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, making longer stays hassle-free.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located in the prestigious Dean Village neighbourhood, this home offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from Edinburgh's vibrant city centre. Explore charming cobblestone streets and enjoy the tranquil Water of Leith walkway. Nearby Stockbridge boasts an array of delightful cafes, boutiques, and the popular Sunday Market.
Easily navigate Edinburgh with nearby bus stops offering regular services to the city center and beyond. The property is a short distance from Haymarket Station, providing convenient train access to explore further afield.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
