The flat comfortably accommodates four guests across two spacious double bedrooms, with a modern bathroom featuring a bath and a mounted handheld shower. Set on the ground floor, it’s easily accessible and perfect for guests of all ages.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for both style and comfort. The living room is warm and inviting, featuring a large L-shaped sofa with soft, muted cushions – perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A textured feature wall adds depth and character, while natural light pours in through the French doors that open directly onto a private back garden. The space also includes a mounted flat-screen TV, creating a cosy setting for movie nights or casual evenings in.
The kitchen flows seamlessly from the lounge and combines sleek design with everyday practicality. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
