A bright and spacious flat on Weymouth’s St Mary Street, just steps from the beach. Spread over two floors with a lounge, Smart TV, full kitchen, and two bedrooms — perfect for families or small groups wanting comfort and convenience by the sea.
Enjoy this two-level flat in the heart of Weymouth, just a street behind the seafront. On the main floor you’ll find a cosy lounge with Smart TV, books, and a sofa bed, plus a spacious kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a bedroom leading to the master bedroom and bathroom — ideal for families with kids. The flat includes all essentials: coffee machine, washing machine, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and more. A perfect stay near the beach, cafés, and shops.
I like to give guests their privacy but I’m always available if you need anything during your stay. You can reach me easily by message or phone, and I’ll respond quickly to help with any questions, local tips, or issues that may come up.
Whether you need advice on where to eat, directions to nearby attractions, or help with something in the flat, I’ll do my best to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable.
If you prefer a completely private stay, that’s no problem — you’ll have full independence and can contact me only if needed.

Enjoy breakfast or coffee at The Good Life Café, grab lunch at The Dorset Burger Company, or taste the freshest local fish at Fish ’n’ Fritz or Crab House Café. For something sweet, try Boho Gelato or enjoy a drink at The Lazy Lizard by the harbour.
Shopping is easy too — there are lovely local boutiques, seaside gift shops, and convenience stores all just moments away.
When you’re ready to explore, walk a few minutes to Weymouth Beach, the harbour, or Nothe Fort for stunning sea views. The Sea Life Centre, RSPB Lodmoor, and Jurassic Coast trails are all nearby.

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, lounge, and fully equipped kitchen. You’re welcome to use all provided amenities such as the washing machine, iron, steamer, coffee machine, and cleaning supplies.

On the first level, you’ll find the dining area and lounge, complete with a Smart TV, books, and a comfortable sofa bed. Beyond the lounge is a large, well-equipped kitchen with a table and chairs for four, plus everything you need: washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, iron, steamer, drying rack, cleaning supplies, and basic cooking essentials.
Go up another set of stairs to the bedroom level, where you’ll first find a bedroom with access to both the bathroom and master bedroom through connecting doors — making it an ideal layout for families with children.
All essentials are provided, including toiletries, spices, and cleaning products.
Getting around is easy from the flat. Weymouth Train Station is just a short 5–7 minute walk away, offering direct connections to London, Dorchester, and Bournemouth. Several bus stops are located nearby on the Esplanade making it simple to explore the area or reach local attractions.
Taxis are readily available around the station and town centre, and you’ll also find car rental options within a few minutes’ walk. With most shops, cafés, and the beach so close, you can enjoy your stay without needing a car.
