Welcome to our newly built, 175m2 spacious villa with a private pool (32m2 and 1.50m deep). Spread over two floors, the villa features four comfortable bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms on the ground floor. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, unwind in the cosy living room, and stream your favourite shows on the smart TV with access to your personal Netflix and other accounts.
