Queens Cove with Seaviews is set a few steps from the beautiful Worthing seafront. This bright first-floor apartment sleeps 4 guests and offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal calm. The location could not be more convenient, with Worthing Beach only a two-minute stroll away and Worthing Pier a short walk along the promenade. The apartment is situated on a peaceful residential street, yet you are just moments away from cafés, shops, and the lively seaside atmosphere that makes Worthing such a welcoming destination. Inside, guests enjoy a relaxed, airy space with a comfortable one-bedroom studio featuring a spacious living room, two sofas, and a dining nook set in the charming bay window, which offers a small but lovely glimpse of the sea.

This apartment offers exceptional value, comfort and location and has quickly become a favourite for couples, solo travellers and small groups looking for a relaxed stay by the sea.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The open plan living, dining area has natural light pouring in from the windows with the seafront in the distance. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. The light living room set up with a Smart TV and two large sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV. In addition, one of the sofas converts to a sofa bed, not yet made up as a bed, so you can enjoy the space - linen is provided.

BEDROOM

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a cosy double bed, sleeps 2, a dressing table for getting ready or enjoying a quiet moment, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.
We provide bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

PARKING

Parking is on a paid basis on the seafront, with free evening parking from six until nine as well as free residential streets a short walk away.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
