Property Details:

This 44-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a superior quality mattress and faces the garden. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Located in the heart of Paris’s 9th Arrondissement, this apartment places you just steps from the elegant Église de la Madeleine, a must-see for architecture lovers. A short walk brings you to the legendary Opéra Garnier and the iconic Galeries Lafayette, crowned by its vast dome that glows beautifully during the end-of-year festivities.

Stroll through the neighborhood to browse the famous Louis Vuitton and Chanel boutiques, or indulge your sweet tooth with a stop at Ladurée for their celebrated macarons. You are also within easy reach of the Louvre, one of the world’s most renowned art museums. Just beyond, the Palais Royal, with its striking striped columns and poetic garden benches, awaits, as do the gorgeous Tuileries Gardens and the Musée de l’Orangerie. The Grand Palais de la Découverte and the Petit Palais are also nearby, and the Place de la Concorde is only a short walk away.

For fast and easy transportation, the Métro Saint-Lazare station (Lines 3, 12, 13 & 14) is just steps from your front door, as are bus lines 26 and 27. From here, you can effortlessly reach many of Paris’s top attractions, including the Eiffel Tower, Le Marais, the Pompidou Centre, Sacré-Cœur, Notre-Dame, Saint-Germain, and more. Line 12 also offers quick connections to major RER stations, providing links to both Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.



*In the instance that you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
