BUT the floors were definitely not clean, my feet were black on the bottom as soon as we arrived to the unit and began walking around. You could also feel the dirt and grittiness (sand) on feet- it was like the unit wasn't vacuumed or mopped at all prior to our arrival. Overall a good experience, beautiful views, and we would come back in the future!

The refrigerator is rusty on the outside, the master bathroom shower and tub needs replacing, the doors are unacceptable. Condo doesn’t come with beach lounge chair. The entire condo NEEDS renovation. Front door bolt doesn’t work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location! The condo is a few blocks from Walmart for convenient shopping, and also just down the street from Pier Park. The property was very well maintained, but the smell of marijuana made it hard to enjoy our balcony. The balcony and furniture was covered in pigeon feces which we had to clean before we could go outside. I think the rule of no smoking needs to be enforced as well. The living area rug and curtains could use a good cleaning. Other than a few minor things, our stay was fantastic.

Great, but wouldn’t stay again unless…

Great condo, when we arrived…. There was sand all over the floor still. We pack lightly because we flew & the washer makes your clothes smell like mildew even if you get them out after washing immediately & we both will need chiropractor adjustments because the beds are not soft at all. Aside from that… we made the most of it.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the condo and convenient location to many restaurants. Our boys loved the pools, although they were slightly chilly. The beach was very busy over Memorial weekend. Nice cafe/market with ice cream was a huge hit! The washing machine did have an odor /musty or mildew smell. Overall, very happy with this condo.

It was clean, beautifully decorated and we had a large balcony which we spent a a lot of time on! Direct access to the beautiful beach and a quick walk to the pier plaza! Will definitely be back if PCB is our next years destination!

Holiday tournament

The condo was very clean, beds were awesome, view from balcony enabled us to watch the fireworks which were awesome. Only complaint was when I first opened door of washer, a flood of water came out. We had water from front door all the way to patio door. Maintenance came up immediately and helped us use approx 30 towels to clean it up. He was very nice. Don’t understand how a washer could be full of cold water but no clothes inside?

Great beachfront condo

The condo was decorated in a beach theme that matched the photos on the website. The reservation process and check in was done through the website and text messaging. Great Spring Break stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our short, but sweet stay in 1908. Check in was easy, security will print your parking pass if you forget. Getting in/out of the garage is easy as well. The building is old(er), compared to a few new buildings being built around it. The condo itself has been updated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Could use a set of new frying pans, as the ones provided are scratched up and well-used. Bunk room is great for kids! The view from the master is absolutely stunning. Comfortable beds too. The only down side was the master bathroom, as it is need of an update. The shower is a tight fit, with no where to put personal items. The bathroom is a bit dim and lacks the cheeriness of the rest of the condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful beach and views, the Tiki hut staff were amazing. Front desk seemed a little annoyed and eager to say no when asking for clean towels.The wifi was absolutely the most frustrating part of my stay. It reminded me of having 15 users on a single dial up connection. I asked the front desk and they referred me to the provider which laughed at me and said that Aqua management was aware that they had already maxed out bandwidth and were not interested in upgrading. So if you want a place to be disconnected from the web viola. If you want to get some work done while on vacation, this is not ideal. Also, Verizon service is spotty at best, my mi-fi would not get a good enough signal.
