Welcome to Casa Venado 🌿
Casa Venado 🌿 is a peaceful, two-story home designed to slow down and truly enjoy your stay. It features A/C throughout the house, fast and reliable internet, hot and cold water in all areas, a private pool, and a beautiful terrace to relax day or night.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. It is distributed on two floors: the full bathroom is located upstairs, and the half bathroom is on the ground floor for added convenience. Both bedrooms are designed for rest and comfort, with blackout curtains, 55” TVs, closets, desks, reading lamps, mirrors, and a green view facing the park. Perfect whether you want to relax, work remotely, or simply enjoy quiet mornings surrounded by nature.
The living and dining areas are cozy and functional, ideal for spending time together. You’ll find Alexa and board games like dominoes, chess, and lotería, making it easy to enjoy relaxed evenings at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook comfortably:

•Small oven for baking
•Toaster
•Blender
•Electric kettle
•Large Samsung refrigerator
•Coffee makers, French press and Nespresso
•Complete cookware and utensils
•Wine, beer, and whiskey glasses

For your comfort, Casa Venado provides one bath towel per person, a pool towel, a bath mat, hand towels, and toilet paper. We welcome you with an initial kit that includes individual body soap and shampoo. We also have a first aid kit available, as well as cleaning cloths and basic cleaning supplies to make your stay practical and comfortable.
Outside, the private terrace with pool is one of the highlights of the house. It’s perfect for swimming, sunbathing, having breakfast outdoors, or enjoying a quiet evening under warm lighting.
Casa Venado is located in a green, quiet, gated community, right in front of a park and just steps away from two OXXO convenience stores, making everyday needs easy and practical. It’s a place where you can enjoy silence, greenery, and safety while still being well connected to the city.
You can walk, bike, or simply enjoy the park in front of the house, and you’re also close to delivery services, local food, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
