This is not the only magic of this beautifully renovated penthouse, located just a few minutes from Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, and the Jewish Ghetto. Set in one of the lower and quieter parts of the Monti district, it is also close to the lively nightlife of this popular neighborhood—without the chaos: the surrounding streets are silent and never crowded.

Located on the fifth floor with elevator access (please note that guests with mobility difficulties should be aware of a total of about ten steps between the building entrance and the elevator, and again between the elevator and the apartment door), the apartment on Via degli Ibernesi is ideal for a couple or a single guest, perfect for a romantic stay or a truly relaxing retreat with some priceless comforts.

The spacious living area features a fully equipped kitchen wall with all the essentials for preparing simple meals during your stay in Rome, including pots, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Guests also have access to a Nespresso coffee machine, and a washing machine is located at the entrance.

The owner kindly makes available a personal book collection, a stereo system, and a TV with a Sky subscription. For those who wish to stay active even while on vacation, there is also an exercise bike and a set of weights (located on the terrace outside the bedroom).

Please note that the bedroom features a French-size bed, slightly smaller than a standard double bed. The room also includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower.

This apartment does not have blackout curtains, so if you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, this may not be the right place for you—on Via degli Ibernesi, you wake up together with Rome!

The apartment is independently heated and equipped with air conditioning throughout. The fireplace in the living room is no longer functional and is kept for decorative purposes only.
