Amazing 2-bedrooms apartment in front of the Colosseo

Located in one of the most authentic and characteristic areas of Rome, Amazing Colosseo 2 enjoys a perfect strategic position to explore the Eternal City on foot. From the apartment, in fact, the main places of interest in the city are within easy reach, including Piazza Venezia, the Vittoriano, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, and of course the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums.
Amazing Colosseo 2 is a modern and design apartment located on the 3rd floor of an ancient building with a lift, with breathtaking views directly on the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. The property recently renovated and furnished with valuable elements, consists of two bright bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining table for up to 4 and two bathrooms.

In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service upon request, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a tailor-made tour, or a transfer service.

Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.

Spacious apartment in great location

The apartment is honestly huge by European standards with a spacious main area, closet, two bathrooms from which to choose, and master bedroom. Conveniently located just next to the colosseum, the majority of Rome is easily accessible on-foot, by metro, or there is a steady queue of taxis nearby. The check-in process was easy, and the apartment was as described. There was a major heatwave going on while we were there so the air conditioning units were struggling a bit to keep up but I am not sure that could have been helped. The host was very welcoming and booked us a towncar to go back to the airport since we had an early AM flight. €60 well spent (the cabs are SUPPOSED to be $48-$50 and they seem to often be dishonest) with this service, we knew what we were getting and the driver was waiting for us in the morning and got us to the airport very quickly.

I really want to give it a 5* but Invasion of privacy TWICE

I loved the apartment, the location couldn't be better but... We arrived and was shown the apartment and how everything works and how to contact them if needed. We left and went sight seeing and when we arrived back there was no hot water. We waited until the next morning to contact them and they said they would send someone over. We ate breakfast while we waited and then the front door opened, no knock, no warning they would be entering the apartment. So they fixed the water issue. Later that day I receive a message asking if we could move to the apartment next door because they needed to do some work in out apartment. We were told it was a nicer apartment with better views, so we agreed to move the next day. We are out the morning of the move day and I get a message asking if we could meet to exchange keys at 10am but our apartments would not be ready until 3pm. So we go all the way back across the city and we arrive and we are sitting waiting for them to arrive to exchange keys and the front door opens again with no warning or knock, it is the cleaner coming in to get sheets and towels that are stored for the adjacent apartments. Nothing was said by them, no apologies or anything, just come in like we were not even there. When we arrive to the new apartment it has 2 windows instead of 5 with a view and is a studio apartment and not a 1 bedroom with only 1 bathroom. Seems like bait & switch. Stay here if you do not value your privacy, never know who will walk thru the door.

This was our first stop on our trip and did not disappoint. Wonderful flat and great company to work with. Extremely supportive and helpful in getting us transportation to and from the airport and train station.
