This two-storey holiday home offers a comfortable and functional layout. It features two bedrooms, one full bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional guest toilet.

One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double bed on the lower level and a single bed on the upper level, making it suitable for families or groups. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, providing extra sleeping space.

The main floor includes an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a private terrace, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing.

The property is located within a residential community that offers a shared swimming pool, as well as tennis and basketball courts, perfect for enjoying both leisure and sports during your stay.

- Free parking is available within the community on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed at all times.

- The apartment has a decibel detector.

- There are stairs to access the second floor.

- There is a small barbecue on the terrace, no fuel is provided and must be cleaned after use.

- You will have access to shared community pool, tennis, and basketball courts is not private.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

No pets are allowed. Bringing a pet will incur a 150€ fine per stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150€.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
