Extra €180, paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €30 per day (to be paid locally on arrival). This extra is only available on request and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please be aware that a Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities applies to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner. The charge will be 2 Euros per person for a max of 5 nights and 1 Euro per person from March to November. Paid locally.
