Looking for comfort and quality in the center of Cascais? So this is your dream place.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator with a wonderful terrace with unobstructed views. right in the heart of cascais' old town. Surrounded by local commerce and services, restaurants and cafes, craft shops, it is 5 minutes walk from the wonderful beaches of Cascais and the train station to Lisbon.
The apartment is fully refurbished with taste and all comfort.
When you enter, it has a large social area with lots of light and comfort, with kitchenette, dining area and leisure area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals.
The leisure area has a sofa and TV and WI-FI throughout the house.
In the private area there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sunroom with a view.
The bathroom is large with shower base.
NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.
A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.
Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.
Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
