Perfect location

My wife and I booked this condo last minute. Perfect location with great view of the ocean! Couldn’t beat the price and the condo itself was great for what we were looking for. Condo building itself has a nice pool and it was quiet and relaxing!

Everything was exactly as listed. Great location. Very clean and felt very safe. Always a security guard on duty in the parking lot. Plenty of space under the unit to store beach stuff. Couch bed mattress needs replaced but otherwise very satisfied with our stay.

It was great and on the water. The parking was a nightmare. The bed also needs an upgrade post haste.

Labor Day Getaway

My wife and I stayed for the Labor Day weekend. The property is as advertised and is right across the street from the shops at coligny. Perfect location with an ocean front view.

Awesome home away from home

This property is clean and contemporary with a touch of beach chic! My husband & I stayed here for our early summer vacation. We had a fantastic experience & will absolutely stay here again. The location (which is directly on the ocean & within walking distance to shopping, dining & entertainment) is perfect! You can't go wrong choosing Breakers 139!

Beachfront - Outstanding

I had an amazing vacation in Hilton Head. This condo was perfect for me. Clean, cozy, and close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this for couples or singles. It provided all the comforts needed and then some. The rental agency was amazing - providing recommendations and a great guest intro package with hardback Hilton Head guide book - very cool. They were even able to supply bikes and other equipment. The security people were great too. They were social and helpful! It was perfect for a relaxed, laid-back, beach vacation.

Unfortunately the unit was not clean. I’m not sure the owners have ever seen the property. The location and views are fantastic! But is need to be fully cleaned.

2023 Hilton Head at Breakers

It was very easy to check in and get into the condo. The key pad made it easier. The place was very clean inside and out. Washer and dryer were small but very good and held a lot more than you would think. The bathroom was tiny but he shower was wonderful. It had 2 TVs which included streaming snd cable. The security guard was wonderful!! He helped us carry out luggage up and was always helpful and polite. The downsides of the unit was no closet, the refrigerator leaked inside, the bathroom sink was pretty much stopped up. The bed really needs to be updated.

Updates

The property was in a great location to shopping and restaurants! Everything was in walking distance. The pull out sofa and bed mattresses could use replacing. The sliding door and screen door needs some work. We had two items that we called the property manager about. One was never taken care of. The oven seems to be stuck on a low setting but the controls showed it off. It could be a fire hazard. All and all it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks for caring.

Nice place, excellent location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in an excellent spot right across the street from from a shopping plaza with lots of restaurants. The place was pretty clean except for the toilet. The mattress and pillow were very lacking and I had to sleep on the couch a few of the nights. Plus, it didn’t help that a garbage truck came every morning between 6:30 and 7 and woke me up. It could also use a nice paint job, doors and trim were missing paint and looked dingy. I would also recommend taking out the storage in the bathroom and making the shower bigger. Overall, the place was nice; just needs a little love and care and the location was excellent.

Beautiful view...dirty condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is absolutely beautiful! The chairs on the deck are plastic and low so if you are seated you can’t take in the wonderful view and there is no table! The rug underneath the coffee table hasn’t been washed in at least a year if ever. The plugs work some of the time but not all the time so that could be a fire hazard. The shower is extremely small but the worst part is just how dirty the condo is and I do have pictures to show that. The floor is really filthy that I wore my shoes the whole time. The pool gets sun all day so it’s not refreshing and is warm like bath water.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 days here for a quick getaway and it worked out very well. The condo was small but clean and was close enough to the beach to hear the waves! The AC worked great, and I liked that there were 2 ceiling fans, too. We did have two small problems (no hair dryer, and toaster didn't work) but the rental company was easy to get hold of and very responsive. Within a few hours, they had delivered the two (brand new) items to our condo. Thank you! We also liked that we could park right near our unit, and we could walk to restaurants and shopping if we wanted to. And if we were driving somewhere, it was easy to get out on the main roads and find our way back. As another reviewer mentioned, this condo unit could use a little "TLC", as in a fresh coat of paint, and more than the one chair out on the deck. P.S. The refrigerator leaked a little water onto the top shelf so we couldn't keep food there.

Terrible Place - Stay Away!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Breakers before but this the worst unit we ever stayed in. Entire unit dirty, especially bathroom, paint chipping off, towel rack loose barely on, shower stall 2ft x 2ft, ceiling fans never been cleaned (black soot), floor filthy; patio screen door keeps falling off track, plug next to kitchen sink didn't work, leak under kitchen sink, pull out sofa (forget it). That's not the worse of it, refrigerator leaked inside, water all over food, even in crisper drawers; repair man came one day, did something, never fixed problem. Would not recommend this unit to anyone. Seashore did give us a days credit but I told them take this place off your rentals!!

This is my third time at The Breakers, however, the second time in this condo. My only suggestion would be is there is only one bathroom and literally only one mirror. It made getting ready in shifts to go out. Also, new mattress would be helpful too. Other then that it really is a nice place to stay. Also Seashore is really easy to work with

Perfect Location

Just a condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No information sent for arrival. Info was sent to a land line when u had my email address. We arrived and there was no guard or info building. After several t/ p calls we were directed to drive to another building which was also closed. There was a box which directed us to the code to enter the condo. The condo itself was barely adequate for two adults. There was a small bar of hand soap and that was it besides dishwasher detergent- inadequate. No shower soap or shampoo . We had to buy everything. The mattress needs to be replaced as well as the bedspread and definitely the blankets. The couch in the tv room was very dirty and the rug under the table in front of it is an accident waiting to happen.

Fantastic Rental

We never had to drive anywhere the entire week! We couldn't get the cable to work on the main TV, but then who really wants to watch TV while your at the beach! It was perfect for two people and we would definitely look to rent this unit again in the future.
