The villa stands directly opposite the Scoglio del Vervece, also known as the Rock of the Madonnina del Vervece, a small islet that has become a local symbol and a beloved destination for divers and sea lovers. From here, the view opens onto an extraordinary panorama stretching across the deep blue Mediterranean and, on the horizon, the islands of Capri and Ischia.

Distances to the main attractions in the area are short and convenient. Sorrento is only 4 km away, reachable in about 10 minutes by car or bus. The villa boasts direct and private access to the coast: a short flight of just ten steps connects the villa to the beach below.



The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the ideal solution for families or small groups of friends seeking an exclusive stay in an iconic setting. The interiors are spacious and comfortable, with independent air conditioning and heating in all rooms, as well as free Wi Fi throughout the property.



The sleeping area features two double bedrooms:

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and espresso coffee machine. It is a practical and well organised space where you can easily prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners to enjoy indoors or al fresco.



The true highlight of the property is the stunning circular panoramic terrace, an architectural feature that reflects the very essence of the tower. Here you will find a dining table with chairs and sun loungers, perfect for spending long days outdoors. The view is simply breathtaking: the Scoglio del Vervece feels almost within reach, while the elegant silhouettes of Capri and Ischia rise in the distance, creating unforgettable sunsets and an atmosphere filled with charm.
