¡Alquila nuestro SuiteHaus! Ubicado a 1/2 camino entre el aeropuerto y el US Bank Stadium, nuestra casa fue destruida hasta los postes y completamente reconstruida como nueva en abril de 2017. Se encuentra a 6 calles de la parada de tren ligero Blue Line, a 4 millas del estadio (11 minutos en coche). Hay 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, mucho espacio y comodidad para 6 personas. Tendrá acceso a la sala del bar TapHaus, donde incluiremos 2 cervezas de barril y un bar surtido. Hay 4 televisores de pantalla plana, con canales por cable, Netflix, HBO y Showtime. Si le gusta cocinar, puede usar la nueva y hermosa cocina con un rango de gas de 5 quemadores y un ventilador de campana ventilado. Hay una máquina de café exprés súper automática para sus necesidades de café gourmet. Si eso es demasiado para ti, incluiremos una cafetera de goteo regular. Toda la casa está equipada con parlantes y un sistema Sonos, por lo que si tiene o descarga la aplicación Sonos, puede disfrutar de toda la música que desee. Incluye internet inalámbrico y acceso a una impresora.

La suite principal del piso principal cuenta con una cama tamaño king y un baño enorme. El dormitorio superior loft tiene una cama king y dos colchones gemelos así que se puede utilizar para dos o dos solteros. El dormitorio del nivel inferior tiene una cama queen y un baño completo, un sofá grande y seccional en la sala de medios, la sala del bar TapHaus con dos cervezas de barril, una selección de licuadores y un refrigerador para bebidas / bebidas. También hay una lavadora secadora de tamaño completo para su uso. Esta casa sirve como modelo para nuestro negocio de renovación de viviendas, y trabajamos con nuestro diseñador en el personal para toda la remodelación. Una cervecería, Venn Berewing, está a solo 6 cuadras, al lado de la parada de tránsito. Hay 11 funky vintage, reventa y tiendas de discos cerca. ¡Excelentes cafeterías, tiendas de bicicletas y una increíble panadería también! Si te gusta el aire libre, estamos a solo 4 cuadras de un gran parque y Minnehaha Falls, y el río Mississippi.

Esta es nuestra casa que estamos alquilando cuando estamos viajando. Amamos Minneapolis y salimos con frecuencia, por lo que te dejamos con una guía de nuestros lugares favoritos cercanos. ¡Somos muy flexibles y queremos que te diviertas en nuestra ciudad! Check in was easy. Street parking was simple. It was a great house for our family of five and everyone had their own space. Beautiful decor and garden. Clean spaces with nice beds. My 13 year old and I borrowed the bikes and rode to and around Minnehaha Falls as well as by the river. Great area to explore by bike with lots of bike lanes and paths.

Great stay…beautiful home!

We met our 2 grown sons and their wives in Minneapolis for an event at the Xcel center. The location of Glen and Shelly’s home was perfect for everything we wanted to do while there and the choice of restaurants in the area was great. We absolutely loved the house and the yard and our family of 6 was quite comfortable for a long weekend visit.The neighborhood definitely appears to be up-and-coming, with some homes in need of updating. A driveway to park in would be preferred over street parking but that’s not a dealbreaker. We’d definitely stay again!

Great stay

This was a really great house and we had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was extremely clean and everything was exactly as advertised with all the amenities you need. Communication with the owner was great as well. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great location and very nice house

Check in was easy and everything was very well organized at the house. Modern appliances and newer bathrooms. Outdoor fire pit was nice at night and plenty of firewood was supplied. Beers on tap were a nice touch also. Would definitely stay again if I return to visit Minneapolis

Absolutely loved our stay at the SuiteHaus! I hope to stay anytime we are traveling to the Twin Cities. Glen & Shelly are the best hosts ever - they were quickly available if we had any questions. SuiteHaus is the best VRBO ever.

Thankful for Thanksgiving in Minneapolis

The property is nicely appointed and welcoming. We didn't spend much time in the home except to sleep but the bedrooms are lovely and a good size. Coming and going from the house was straightforward - easy entrance and clear instructions from homeowner. It's around the corner from family so would definitely stay there again.

Visiting Family

This was a very up to date small home. There were 3 bedrooms but we only used the one. The basement family room was used often, as the laundry downstairs. This was a comfortable, pretty space to invite our family and baby to eat with us.

Wonderful property with Accommodating owners

The property was in between the airport and the venue where the Pond Hockey tournament was held. Lots of places to eat, and stores for groceries. I would like to personally like to thank the owners as they made the booking happen even though I was unable to travel due to medical reasons. My kids and granddaughter had a get time. They Facetimed every day and couldn't say enough about the property.

WONDERFUL!!!

Glen and Shelly Dall have transformed their "SuiteHaus" into ONE SWEET HOUSE!!! Their communication was superb before and during the stay. They were always available and checking in, but never intrusive. There were delicious welcome gifts upon arrival. The house has everything one would need to be comfortable and happy - modern and updated EVERYTHING, super comfy beds, Sonos speakers throughout, beautiful decor, cozy furniture, lots of games to play, beers on tap in the Basement Bar, beers on tap in the Basement Bar, beers on tap in the Basement Bar... oh, sorry... beautiful landscaping and flowers, immaculate yard, cozy back deck with grill and outdoor seating, fire pit in backyard and nice neighbors. The Longfellow neighborhood is a quaint "old style" neighborhood with plenty of local places to eat, shop, drink and enjoy by simply walking a few blocks. It is also just a few blocks from the Light Rail so you can jump on the train and be in downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul in a hurry or to and from the airport quickly as well. The location is ideal to have easy access to all major highways, but also accessible to side streets to explore the many great neighborhoods in the area if you like. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to truly feel "at home" when traveling. The SuiteHaus just swallows you up in comfort and hospitality the moment you walk in the door. It was actually a little sad to have to leave. Shelly and Glen are gracious and generous hosts who allow you to make yourself at home in their home. You will feel like you are visiting family! Thank you so much Dalls for an outstanding home away from home experience in your beautiful SuiteHaus. See you next time :)

A bit small for six people

Overall this is a great VRBO for its cleanliness, amenities, location and responsiveness of the owner. The biggest drawbacks are the low ceiling in the attic space and no table to eat a meal(only counter sears). Thus it makes it difficult for 6 people to ear a meal together, albeit in the summer months meals can be eaten on the back porch.

My family had a great time over the 4th! This house was perfect for our family of 5 & the location was great. Glen & Shelly left very helpful instructions for the house & left us some wonderful treats! They were very responsive to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this rental & we would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Home With Everything You Need

We had an excellent experience in Glen and Sherry’s home. The house itself is in beautiful like-new condition with a lot of nice touches and was immaculately clean. They clearly went out of their way to provide a top notch experience; this is not a “leave the house at the last second to make a few bucks rental.” It had the comfort of a home with the standards of a nice hotel. Also, the location is convenient to everything from downtown to the airport.

This is the perfect home! It has been renovated and now boasts a modern touch. It's in a quaint neighborhood that is minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The host is VERY responsive and helpful. They have a list of directions for the home that makes it very easy to navigate around the house. They also list things to do in the area. I came with my friends this time but I'll definitely be back with my wife!

Walking up to this home you can just tell the inside is going to be spectacular. I cannot say enough about this home from the super comfortable beds to the top notch amenities, we all just really enjoyed our stay. The owners were so helpful with any questions we had and made us all feel so welcomed with the special touches they left just for their guests. Great location to anything you want to do in the city and a safe neighborhood. Thank you so much! (The beer on tap was delicious!!!)

Have never felt more welcome

What an incredible experience my friends and i had at The Taphaus during the Super Bowl, Dave Matthews Band weekend. After being greeted by Glen and Shelley with a very warming pitcher of Surely on tap. we were given the grand tour and the haus far exceeded our expectations. The Soros sound system throughout the house is top notch , all of the bedroom we very comfortable, and the kitchen has top of the line appliances. Having 2 local brews on tap was a great addition and very convenient . Thanks again for the experience. You guys rock. Smitty

Shelly and I enjoy traveling, going out, cycling, fitness, cooking, and hosting friends at our SuiteHaus. Glen is CEO of Apex North Business Coaching. Shelly loves hosting our home and our Jeep Wrangler for guests to use and enjoy Minneapolis. We've been hosting since 2018 and have met many great people from all over the country and even a few from outside of the country.

We fell in love with this 1926 Craftsman bungalow because of the beautiful woodwork detailing, and the large city yard in a quiet neighborhood. We can walk, bike or train all over the city from here. Morning runs take us by the Minnehaha Falls and the Mississippi river. In the evening we can sit on our open porch and chat with neighbors, then walk to some of favorite local spots like Parkway Pizza, Dumpling, Buster's, and many others, for dinner.

Since our home has been completely renovated, it has all the modern convenience and features of a brand new home, but the charm of a quaint Craftsman bungalow in a quiet historic city neighborhood. There's a nice-sized backyard enclosed with a privacy fence, firepit, large deck, gas grill and Green Egg smoker.
