We stayed at this villa from the 24th June until the 5th July and it’s safe to say the Villa is not fit for purpose and absolutely should not be able to be rented… the attached property is just a shell under a complete reconstruction, we were woken 8am daily by the noise of drilling, banging, angle grinders cutting tiles , we even had someone on the roof above our bedroom one morning at 7.45am starting to fit solar panels!! absolutely appalling… you literally couldn’t escape the noise and mess and it totally ruined our holiday… I genuinely would not recommend anyone staying here in the foreseeable future and I really hope nobody suffers the upset and disappointment we did as this was not a cheap holiday rental. As well as the noise we had to contend with layers of dust over everything outside… when we tried to dry swim wear & towels it had to be placed inside rather than trying to dry outside otherwise our clothes all had a dirty orange layer all over it.. the floor on the patio constantly needed hosing down as it was filthy from all the dust.. furniture was the same and the swimming pool was disgusting, constantly full of building dust & debris that the filters couldn’t cope with… I’ve uploaded photos to this review but unfortunately I can’t upload the videos I took which truly demonstrates the terrible conditions we had to contend with.
