Our first visit to Abaco was in 1985. We were introduced to Treasure Cay by friends and were mesmerized by the beauty. After our experience we visited other beaches but none were quite the same as Abaco. We found we had to return to Abaco again and again as no other beach would satisfy our longing for time spent by the sea as the sea of Abaco.

We became villa owners in 2000 in the Beach Villa community, and in 2017 we purchased another home in Treasure Cay. This home was purchased as a renovation project, was completed in late 2018. September 1, 2019 hurricane Dorian destroyed out home. We started rebuilding in September 2021, planning completion in May 2022.

These are the things we love about our island home and experience:

• The peace and stillness found in the slower paced life

• Spotting dolphin, sea turtles, or rays
• Time spent reading by the sea
• Having the space and time to reconnect with family and friends
• Spending a day on a boat snorkeling, fishing, shelling, and visiting
neighboring islands
• Island food: Conch fritters, fresh fish cooked to perfection, conch
salad, lobster salad, and sweet bananas
• Pizza night
• Cinnamon rolls from Florence’s café
• So much of this island life stays the same through the years

Treasure Cay is the place to make memories and reconnect with each other.
