¡Bienvenido a nuestra pequeña porción de 30A! Beachside Condos # 15. Los neutros de playa frescos y limpios decoran nuestro espacio para que se sienta fresco y relajante. Está situado en el corazón de Seagrove, al lado de la playa de 30A. Vistas parciales al mar y la planta baja significa su solo PASOS DEL AGUA! El dormitorio tiene una cama queen alta, con literas gemelas en el pasillo. Amamos el segundo hogar de nuestra familia y esperamos que disfrute el espacio también.

SOLO SE PERMITE UN COCHE POR UNIDAD.
La "comunidad 30A" es una cadena ORIENTADA A LA FAMILIA de fantásticos restaurantes y tiendas LOCALES que prosperan a lo largo de la autopista 30A de la Florida. Es una escena muy unida que nos hace reclamarla como nuestro "hogar lejos del hogar". Escondido del ajetreo y el bullicio de Destin y la ciudad de Panamá (sin embargo, a solo 20 minutos en automóvil de cualquiera de ellos, si desea compras o salidas convencionales que ofrecen esas áreas).

We had the best stay! We loved the short walk straight out to the beach and appreciated the 2 chairs and umbrella that we had daily. It was in walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location on 30A to visit all points of interest…Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolors. Beach walkover is right outside your door. The condo decor and layout is well thought out, with everything you need for extended stay. The Queen bed was really comfortable and was beautifully appointed with luxe bedding. Our kids are grown but we said would have been perfect with the built in bunks in the hallway for the kids when they were little or seriously even now if needed for teenagers or tag along adult children. The host was great and answered any questions right away.

We loved this property for our family of 2 adults and 2 younger kids. Very close to the beach. Having the chairs set up already was so nice. The beach is private, so it is not crowded.

Last minute trip

Great location and very nice, clean condo right on the beach. We enjoyed the private beach (chairs and umbrella set up daily) and just relaxed.Host was quick to help with a paddle board tour recommendation and places to eat.Would definitely book again!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I! It’s a great location relative to Seaside and the other 30A communities. Very short walk down the stairs to the beautiful beach, and the fact that we had chair and umbrella service was so convenient. Not having to lug that to and from the beach each day was amazing. The bed was comfortable, ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very nice, bathroom was lovely with plenty of towels. We barely used the kitchen or living room but it had everything you would need for meal prep and entertaining. The host was super responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxation

Marcie had great communication before and during our stay. She provided suggestions of places to go and things to do. Her place is clean and she has a lot of great amenities with beach and kitchen items; we really enjoyed cooling off with Pina Coladas in the Ninja blender. The towels are soft and it was nice to have the washer and dryer when we needed it. The beach is close and having chairs and and umbrella setup daily saved us time and allowed us to focus on relaxing. There are many close restaurants and shops. We would stay here again!

# 15 was very nice. I was expecting a gulf front full view. I appreciate the necessities provided to make our stay nice. The coffee pot, dishes etc., hair dryer, steamer, blankets , throws, chairs and umbrella on beach, etc. So many things that were helpful and much appreciated. However, didn’t care for the picture in the bathroom. I took it down because I did not want to see that every time I went in the bathroom. I did put it back up before I left. We appreciate your thoughtful hospitality.

Great place for all day beach access and more!

We loved our stay so much here! First, it is literally just steps to the beach. We brought our own chairs and umbrella. We could set up early in the morning and go back down once we were ready to enjoy the beach. The floor plan of the condo is open and spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The beds were comfy. Everything was clean when we arrived and the property owner communicated clearly about what we needed to bring and arrival information. It was an excellent trip. I couldn’t re on end a better place to stay! Plus you can easily rent bikes and never drive during your entire visit or bring your own bikes.

Best Trip Ever

Our condo was absolutely perfect! So many tiny details that made our stay feel like home! By far the best stay we have ever had in FL! I would 100% recommend this condo to everyone! Condo was super clean, host was extremely helpful and quick responding to questions, absolutely no complaints from us! Location is perfect, beach wasn’t crowded, community people were friendly, and we were just 30 minutes from PCB (we had ball tournaments) .

Great location, clean and easy

The property was perfect for a family of 3. clean, comfortable, and best of all, the beach was not overly crowded as some of the other , larger public areas. Just close enough to Seaside for the kids to ride, and just far enough away from the madness of Spring Break.

Great location

We loved the location, being able to easily bike/walk to many restaurants and the close proximity to the beach. Only suggestion would be for better pillows! Mattresses can be expensive, but an easy improvement would be for some alternative-down pillows for better sleeping. We appreciated the blackout material in bedroom! We were mostly out and about all day, so that’s what stuck with us. Thanks!

Nice Stay

Overall, we had a nice stay. Upon arrival, there were no parking spots available, so we had to contact the property manager. It was about 10pm when we arrived due to our delayed flight, but after a couple attempts to reach the owner we were able to reach her and she advised that we could parallel park across the street legally. That may be helpful to add to the check-in info for future guests. The condo was as pictured. It has a bit of an “old” odor, but I guess there’s not much that can be done about that. Maybe a dehumidifier would help, as it seemed our damp towels wouldn’t even dry when hung up inside overnight. That’s probably just the nature of being in such a humid climate and the fact that it rained the entire week we were there…the locals we spoke to said it never rains that much, just our bad luck I guess. We reported that the bathroom fan was malfunctioning & some lights weren’t working which was no big deal & said she would address. Overall the condo was clean except lots of dust on the faux plants everywhere & in the bathroom on the wood wall trim at eye level and the baskets above the toilet were covered in cobwebs & dust. The mattress in the master bedroom is on top of a couple pieces of foam (to raise it up or make it softer maybe?) but it was not very comfortable for us, maybe just a matter of preference. The chain lock on the front door was installed backwards so with just a gentle push from the outside it still opens, but the main locks works well. There were beach chairs left from past guests that we were able to use so we didn’t end up needing to rent the ones on the beach. There were so few opportunities to go out due to all the rain that those chairs were fine, but we would have rented the bigger, more comfortable chairs with umbrellas if we had been able to spend more time on the beach. We loved the convenience of the bike rental place right across the street (30 second walk from the condo). It was also nice having Subway across the street for a quick and easy meal. The best part of our trip was exploring Seaside (easy bike ride from the condo) and driving to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach just to explore the areas, which were just lovely. We had so much rain that we had to venture out of the area for some indoor activities, so we really enjoyed The Powder Room indoor range and the WonderWorks museum in Panama City Beach. We were worried the museum would be too juvenile for our 14 year old son, but we actually all had fun.

The location is situated in the heart of 30a which is perfect to explore the area. Either way you go- you always come back to the middle of it all.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I think the small details are important. I design with the mindset of what my own needs are when I, myself, travel. I enjoy having places to hang things up to keep my spaces tidy. I appreciate a good area to dress & get ready etc..
I lean towards designing without overwhelming it with ‘too much’ in the space. For me, good design doesn’t mean ‘more stuff’. I usually go with trying to make even a small space more functional.
