Excelente ubicación con un lugar para atracar su barco.

Alquilamos de viernes a viernes para que pueda disfrutar de un fin de semana completo para comenzar sus vacaciones y evitar la congestión del sábado y esperar para llegar tarde. Esta casa está ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo y familiar en una esquina con un gran patio y está cerca de Ocean City Maryland, Fenwick Island, Bethany y Rehoboth Beach's en Delaware. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Un montón de espacio de muelle para su barco y tiene fácil acceso a la bahía para excursiones en kayak, paseos en bote, pesca y cangrejos. Además, está a un corto paseo de State Park Beach. Excelentes vistas desde la cubierta sobre el porche cerrado.

Tenemos una tarifa por mascota si desea traer un perro. NO gatos.

Beautiful Spot - Quiet and Has Everything

Stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend and enjoyed every moment. The property is well equipped and even has kayaks available. The owner is very kind and was an excellent host!

Great place to relax

We really enjoy the area in and around Bayview Park. You are away from the crowds, yet close enough to easily drive to attractions in Ocean city, Bethany, Rehobeth, and more. The property was in a beautiful location. State Park beach access is also a plus. We were very pleased.

Wonderful home. Well equipment with much to offer. Lots of prefect amenities. Kayaks, bikes, lawn games. Greatly enjoyed the screen porch. Very responsive owner.

Love South Bethany

The house was clean, check in was easy. The location was fantastic. Quiet and right on cedar pond. The beach access was amazing; got to take my dogs onto the beach. Geoffrey was a great host. Highly recommend this property.

Great home, easy walk to beach.

Only down side was nearby construction of several new homes. Might be fine another year. Great enclosed patio with fantastic view. Enjoyed the canoe. Also included use of kayaks.

Nice spot but some hiccups

Beautiful location! The neighbors were really nice and hung out with us in the evening. The sunsets were incredible. We did encounter some sand in one of the bathrooms that wasn't cleaned up. The fire alarms were over ten years old and kept going off so we had to have the owner come fix them. In addition, our check in time was moved back significantly just the day before. We were all coworkers and needed to get work done but had to change our plans last minute. Also it is NOT CLEAR on the website that linens are not available and I received a "reminder" the day of that we needed to bring them. So we had to make due with a shopping trip to get linens....the quick response of the owner was nice because he lived a few houses away and checked in often. Overall the location and housing situation was beautiful but some omission of information and change in plans threw a bit of a wrench in the weekend.

The location and ambiance of this home was perfect!

Wish we could've stayed the entire week! Will book again! The photos doesn't do the location justice, the bay view was beautiful, calm & relaxing. The state park (with it's own beach) was a short distance away (can walk if you don't have small children) but there's parking nearby and a short walk to the beach. Lots of room with our 3 little ones and plenty of games & space for them to play. Our youngest is 3 so we just had be outside to supervise and watch as it is close to the water/dock. Tried crabbing for the first time there too! Geoff was great and answered text immediately and was available if needed. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Wonderful weekend stay

My husband and I stayed at this lovely scenic property during the reopening of Bethany Beach during the Covid Pandemic and couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Geoff, the owner, took special care and precautions in cleaning and sanitizer the house. Extremely clean house! He provided us with brand new blankets which I understand will be swap out for every new renter now. The supplies at the home were more then perfect from having hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dish detergent, etc. I brought my own but was happy to see the house was well stocked which sometimes isn't the case with rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped with every kitchen utensil, pot and pan you could think of needing including a crab pot steamer which we used! After a couple hours one evening, we caught 6 large enough crabs with fishing poles from the private dock. Could not have been any easier. This location is the best if you are looking for peace and quiet and pure tranquility. The porch overlooking the pond was our favorite room and was perfect for our dog. You can walk from the house to the State Park if in good shape. Not far at all but the dunes may be a bit tricky for some folks. The house comes with a parking pass for the lot at the end of neighborhood for a shorter walking distance. Perfect for pet owners. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location and plan to return and stay again next year. The property owner lives nearby and his hospitality made our stay very enjoyable and he assisted us in getting the most out of our stay with his recommendations and generosity of information and accommodations. Other than the standard providing our own linens, this home is stocked with just about everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need for cooking, grilling, sipping wine, and enjoying the crabs you will catch off the bay right outside the back door - my dad and husband enjoyed crabbing daily and we even took them home. The beds are comfortable and there is a smart tv in the livingroom, master bedroom and another in one of the other bedrooms as well. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and regularly sat out in the screened in patio off the livingroom. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in an absolutely unique and beautiful location. I personally think this is the nicest location in Bethany beach. If you are able to rent a house here, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend

Lovely property! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The view from the patio was fabulous! I could have spent the whole weekend right there. The owner was very responsive when we needed additional propane for the gas grill. We wanted to stay again later in the summer but unfortunately it was already booked. We would love to stay here again.
