A nice place to stay

We were in town for the weekend and needed a place to shower and sleep. The house was clean and stocked with many of the items you want for a short stay, such as some misc. kitchen and laundry supplies. I would book again if I was in the area.

National Parks & Beaches

The property met our needs for a party of 6. There are stores and restaurants nearby. The cooler and beach towels were helpful for our day at Biscayne NP. The pool nearby was closed for repair but we were able to drive to the neighboring complex. Our host was helpful to guide us on that when I missed it in an email. The condo wasn’t fancy but it was furnished and clean. We felt welcomed and safe.

Lovely house & very accomodating host

We were looking a convenient base out of Miami for kid’s winter break. Gina’s place checked all the boxes. The place is clean and perfect for a family vacation stay.

Lovely stay

This property is clean, spacious and modern with every convenience you would need. It's very handy for The Everglades and good to have the communal pools available close by. The owner Gina, is very responsive and helpful.

Exactly as advertised, friendly & accommodating host

The host let us check in a bit early, which really helped especially since my senior parents had arrived at noon. The home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, everything we needed on hand. I would absolutely recommend!

Miami Getaway

We were visiting Miami for our son’s graduation and stayed at Gina’s. From the moment of booking communication with Gina was great! She was quick to respond and willing to make any accommodations should we need. Unexpectedly, some maintenance around the property was scheduled and she managed to get that paused while we were there which was appreciated. The property itself was as listwd and we had no issues. Lots of small thoughtful perks were available upon arrival. Those necessity items were already in the house so, if checking in late, you had some of those basic items ready to go in the morning. An added nicety was that Gina tailors the lock code for your ease of remembering. A small thing but again a thoughtful thing! We were out and about for most of our stay so did not use any of the outdoor facilities in the community so can’t comment on the pool and courts etc. The enclosed outdoor space was great for sitting out in the evenings and your coffee in the morning! Thank you Gina for a great trip!

Lovely place close to main Miami activities

Very lovely and relaxing place where you instantly feel at home and have everything you need! Well located for visiting Miami and activities on the Everglades. And last but not least the host very welcoming and responsive if you have any question, highly appreciated!

Great base camp for a family visit to Miami, Biscayne NP, Everglades NP, and the Keys

The house was perfect for a spring break trip for our family of 4 to visit Miami, Biscayne NP, Everglades NP, and the Keys. We were able to get to all of these locations easily and also found the stores we needed nearby. The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable and quiet, and Gina was a great host...very hospitable and responsive.

Perfect for our needs

The host was thoughtful and kind. We were in the area for medical reasons. The property was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, close to everything and fully equipped. The neighborhood was safe and great for walking. Thank you so much!

Well appointed property

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. It was a perfectly located rental for us, easy to get in and out of the development. The property was spotless and well cared for. Everything one could need was in the kitchen and rooms. Highly recommend this property!

Fantastic porches

Very spacious and comfortable well appointed town home. Our daughter came to stay with us and loved it was so close to college. Great neighborhood, lots of very good restaurants close, Gina was fantastic had a lot of things already in the condo that you might need. So thoughtful. We enjoyed the porches morning coffee on one and evenings on the other screened porch. Parking right in front was fantastic. Just all around first class home to rent.

Perfect location near Miami

We stayed at this property and use it as a central location yo the Everglades, Biscayne bay, Key west, and a number of Miami area attractions. Gina was wonderful at communicating and helped us with anything we needed.

Nice for the price

This was a very nice place to stay clean and easy to get to, traffic was heavy during rush hours but other than that it's great. My only complaint would be no tv in guest bedroom needs at least a 37" and lastly you will never find a better host always on time with any questions that we had, have already told some friends and they plan on visiting. Thank you Gina

Beautiful Tropical Escape Complete with Gracious Hostess

Gina's Tropical Tranquil Escape is exactly how it is pictured and described, but the heart behind the house is the hostess, Gina! She welcomed us to her house by decorating it for Christmas, leaving homemade banana bread, candy canes and chocolates, and filled our fridge with groceries since the stores would be closed for Christmas Day. The house was spotless, appliances and BBQ worked great, and the outdoor screened in porch as well as the patio outside the kitchen window were beautiful. The location of the house allowed easy access to beaches (half hour to an hour depending on where you wanted to go) as well as other tourist activities, such as the Seaquarium (swim with the dolphins) and the Hard Rock Stadium (sports). Our family enjoyed having a cozy home base where we could play games, watch movies or just relax together in the evenings. Gina was available whenever we needed her (extra toilet paper) and the house was well stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. We loved our holiday home, and plan to return to visit it again if we get the chance!
