Lovely house & very accomodating host

Lovely stay

This property is clean, spacious and modern with every convenience you would need. It's very handy for The Everglades and good to have the communal pools available close by. The owner Gina, is very responsive and helpful.

A nice place to stay

We were in town for the weekend and needed a place to shower and sleep. The house was clean and stocked with many of the items you want for a short stay, such as some misc. kitchen and laundry supplies. I would book again if I was in the area.

Exactly as advertised, friendly & accommodating host

The host let us check in a bit early, which really helped especially since my senior parents had arrived at noon. The home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, everything we needed on hand. I would absolutely recommend!

Great base camp for a family visit to Miami, Biscayne NP, Everglades NP, and the Keys

The house was perfect for a spring break trip for our family of 4 to visit Miami, Biscayne NP, Everglades NP, and the Keys. We were able to get to all of these locations easily and also found the stores we needed nearby. The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable and quiet, and Gina was a great host...very hospitable and responsive.

Perfect location near Miami

We stayed at this property and use it as a central location yo the Everglades, Biscayne bay, Key west, and a number of Miami area attractions. Gina was wonderful at communicating and helped us with anything we needed.

Well appointed property

We stayed here for a week while visiting family in the area. It was a perfectly located rental for us, easy to get in and out of the development. The property was spotless and well cared for. Everything one could need was in the kitchen and rooms. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Stay!

Property is very clean, inviting and relaxing. Plenty of room in all bedrooms, two fabulous outdoor seating areas, quiet neighborhood! Couldn't have asked for more. Property manager communicated wonderfully and even left a small welcome basket for us! Honestly one of the best VRBO stays we've ever had. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Fabulous getaway!

What a great stay we had! Very cute, clean home, well stocked kitchen/home, fabulous screened in patio where we hung out in the evenings and great community pools! Gina was so friendly and quick to respond when I messaged her. She was an amazing host. Would love to come back again!

National Parks & Beaches

The property met our needs for a party of 6. There are stores and restaurants nearby. The cooler and beach towels were helpful for our day at Biscayne NP. The pool nearby was closed for repair but we were able to drive to the neighboring complex. Our host was helpful to guide us on that when I missed it in an email. The condo wasn’t fancy but it was furnished and clean. We felt welcomed and safe.

My family of 5 found this property perfect for our needs. This lovely townhome is remarkably spacious with very nice indoor and outdoor spaces. It was close to where our relatives live and convenient to major highways, shopping, restaurants, and theaters. Gina, the owner could not have been more kind and considerate. Nice for the price

This was a very nice place to stay clean and easy to get to, traffic was heavy during rush hours but other than that it's great. My only complaint would be no tv in guest bedroom needs at least a 37" and lastly you will never find a better host always on time with any questions that we had, have already told some friends and they plan on visiting. Lovely home with special touches.

Three couples enjoyed a wonderful two night stay in this lovely well decorated home. We were greeted with a note from Gina in a basket of goodies, fresh baked banana bread and fresh flowers in the master bedroom. Although we did not use the pool, we had the choice of two outdoor areas. The furniture was comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Fantastic porches

Very spacious and comfortable well appointed town home. Our daughter came to stay with us and loved it was so close to college. Great neighborhood, lots of very good restaurants close, Gina was fantastic had a lot of things already in the condo that you might need. So thoughtful. We enjoyed the porches morning coffee on one and evenings on the other screened porch. Parking right in front was fantastic. Just all around first class home to rent.

Home Away from Home

We were lucky enough to find this gem available for us to stay in while our house was being tented. Gina is amazing! She is very quick to respond to any and every request you might have...and was nice enough to help us out with an early check in and late check out. The house is SUPER CLEAN. I would say it's the cleanest of any rental I've ever stayed in. The house is very comfortable and taken care of. Everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. The 2 outdoor areas are the perfect space to relax and the home has everything you need. Do not hesitate to book this home away from home.
