Welcome to your ultimate upstate getaway. This unique home offers two levels of spacious living and modern amenities, including five bedrooms—among them, two beautiful master suites featuring King-size beds. The next two bedrooms each feature two Queen-size beds, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with a twin bunk bed. The home also includes three full bathrooms: two located on the ground floor and one—complete with a bathtub—on the second floor.
A modern chef's kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, a fully stocked spice rack, and an outdoor grill. Dine in the backyard while enjoying an outdoor fire pit. The house also features an elegant dining room with a formal table for eight, a living room, and a library with over 200 books to explore and borrow.

Other points to highlight: We are proud of our home and the items within it. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please let us know so that we can replace it if possible. A few other important points (and we apologize if any of this sounds harsh, but please remember that we love this home and also live in it as a family with children): Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. We would have to remove the smoke odor from the premises; any violation of this rule will result in a $2,000 fine, plus the costs incurred for odor removal. We do not allow parties or groups larger than the number of guests for whom you originally booked the reservation. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without any refund, as well as a fine for damages.
