Traiga a su familia extendida y disfrute de esta espaciosa casa de 6 habitaciones en Dollar Point con acceso a todos los servicios de HOA.  Una caminata fácil a la piscina y canchas de tenis de Dollar Point durante los meses de verano, ¡esta casa es un lugar ideal para unas felices vacaciones! Con dos áreas de estar y dos lados de la casa, esta casa está bien situada para dos familias que pueden tener su propio espacio.  ¡Traiga a su perro para que toda la familia pueda disfrutar del amplio patio trasero cercado! 
Después de ingresar a través del amplio garaje para dos automóviles o la puerta principal, encontrará un área de estar, comedor y cocina en la parte delantera de la casa. En el rincón de desayuno de la cocina hay un dormitorio principal con baño completo y lavandería en el vestíbulo. 
Hacia la parte posterior de la casa hay una segunda área de estar y área de comedor combinadas con una chimenea que funciona. Las escaleras conducen a las habitaciones del ala oeste que cuenta con un baño completo y dos habitaciones; Una con dos literas y otra con una reina.���� El ala este del piso superior tiene una escalera separada en la parte delantera de la casa. Esta área tiene un baño de pasillo y tres dormitorios; uno con dos gemelos, otro con una reina, y el dormitorio principal y el baño de King. 
Esta casa está cerca del esqu��, del centro de la ciudad de Tahoe y de la hermosa playa y comodidades de Dollar Point HOA, y hay diversión cercana para que todos disfruten.

Great for large group

Very comfortable for 3 generations of family. Easy to feel at home in this cabin with a large yard. No problems with wi-fi. Dog friendly!!!

The house has a great fenced yard, large BBQ, and plenty of space for a big family. The home could use a few updates, like the glass slider to the deck and the master bath, but overall everyone agreed we’d rent it again.

Lake Tahoe Vacation House

The house was beautiful and perfectly sized for the three families that stayed there. It is conveniently located near Tahoe City and some hiking trails. I would stay here again.

Large Family Home in Dollar Point

The kitchen is a little tight, but workable for 2 cooks at one time. Dollar Point is a great location for accessing Tahoe's many summer activities.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the ease with the check in process and Katie gave us great customer service. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation a great one. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything from any size pan you could need to spices, dish towels, and even various can and bottle openers. It seems that they took extra care to make sure the house was equipped with almost anything that you could need to make your stay a comfortable one. Being a pet friendly house was a great plus for us. The location was perfect and it was a great central location to various outdoor activities. Our family trip was was made better because of the place we stayed.

It’s different to find rentals that offer the space this rental did. Our family likes individual space and we had it. The house is sort of weird. Like two houses connected by a kitchen and dining room. The back half has a dining room/family room with large screen tv. Upstairs is a queen room, 2 bunk bed room and bathroom/shower.The front part of the house has a living room, king room and bathroom/shower/laundry room. Upstairs is a queen edroom, twin bed bedroom, bathroom with tub/shower and a Master Suite with private bathroom. There is a garage in which fits a compact suv and perhaps a smart car. Four compact suvs can fit in the driveway. All parking must be off street so definitely only 2 BIG cars/trucks could fit in the driveway.The kitchen had about everything one would need. The large dining table in the back part of the house could fit 10 if 2 individuals sat at each end. There was also a deck with a table and chairs just outside the back section of the house. Great access to biking, hiking and walking trails. Tahoe City is just 2 miles down the road. We hit the Farmers Market in Tahoe City, Thunderbird Lodge, the Donner Tunnels, the trail from Incline to Sand Harbor and family members biked and hiked in the area. The tub/shower didn’t function correctly and that was reported to the rental company. The garage door opener didn’t work upon arrival and immediately a replacement was delivered. We had a great time and you will too.

Not tip top in Tahoe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dollar point lodge was a good choice for our group of twelve. But why have a message board if no one looks at it!?!? We requested early check in months before. We did not get in early and were told it was becauseOf cleaning. When we did get in there were glasses out that had been used and dirt piles in corners of kitchen. There had been no one there the night before so why not early check in? And why wasn’t it cleaned!? We paid loads of money for 2 nights and would recommend the house for a large group but maybe not recommend the company that manages it! On a positive note on Saturday morning when the coffee maker didn’t work I called and they brought a working one right over. Silver lining?

Amazing winter getaway home

My parents, nephews, my husband & I all went on this 4 day trip together. The kids were sooo excited & were so amazed at the size of this house & loved they could play in the snow in the backyard as much as they wanted. Grocery stores & little shops were all nearby which was great too. I would definitely recommend staying here & am hopeful we will be able to take this trip again next year.

Property worked great for our 2 sons and families. However was a little disappointed on the homeowners upkeep of the house. Carpets bottom bedroom and stairs were in much need of cleaning. A few minor pick me ups (painting) would make this a much more desirable place. Rental agency was great to work with Great location

Great space for two families - and a wonderful yard!

We enjoyed our stay at the Dollar Lodge! While the home is in need of some deep cleaning and updating, the bones were great, and having 6 bedrooms and 4 baths gave our two families plenty of room to comfortably spread out! The yard was fantastic - room to sit in the sun, play cornhole and other games - very nice!

Perfect for a friends weekend away

The house was perfect for a big group - lots of space, clean, great neighborhood, wonderful backyard! House was stocked with everything we needed, and communication was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Long term stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent quite a bit of the winter in this home. The pictures don't do it justice. It is roomy and comfortable. There are plenty of places to hide away and plenty of room to congregate and spend time together. The bedrooms are well organized and the materials and facilities are well cared for. It feels like a lived in home, but one that has been managed with care. The location is great and from it is an easy walk to the lake and to trails across the 89. I look forward to staying in this home again.
