Relájese en la gran sala de estar que tiene un montón de espacio para todos y chimenea de gas. El también es un inmenso patio para jugar en el patio durante todas las temporadas. Situado en el popular barrio de Dollar Point! A minutos de la ciudad de Tahoe. Con acentos de madera, techos altos y amplias luces para el sol, no tendrá ningún problema para relajarse en su escapada a Tahoe.

Disfrute de su café de la mañana en la terraza trasera en verano o en la cálida y acogedora chimenea de gas en invierno. La gran área abierta de sala de estar / comedor / cocina será donde su familia se reúne para conversar y jugar. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y muchos asientos en la sala de estar.

La cocina completamente equipada tiene todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades necesarios para cocinar una fabulosa comida familiar.

La terraza privada que se encuentra al lado de la sala de estar del piso superior tiene vista al gran patio trasero cercado de gran tamaño. Rodeado de altos pinos, nuestra casa tiene un pozo de herradura y una barbacoa incorporada; Perfecto para relajarse con la familia y disfrutar del entorno boscoso y el olor a pino fresco.

Amazing home! We loved our stay. It was our first time to stay in Dollar Point as well, and couldn’t recommend it more. Property manager was very responsive when needing assistance with the amenities and would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing vacation stay!

This was our one big trip for the summer and this house was amazing! Everything was provided for, cleanliness, supplies, huge luscious back yard and hot tub. It was centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood and right next to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway at Dollar Point

Our family vacation was a great experience here. The house was everything we hoped and more. The location is close to Tahoe City, which was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks around it with nice views. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again sometime soon.

Great house for a group!

This house was wonderful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was a cozy place to spend time with friends during a ski weekend. Highly recommend!

Great Stay for SuperBowl Weekend

This is my family’s second time renting this property. We love the north shore and this property, as it is updated and clean. We also love the fenced in back yard for playing in the snow with our small children and dogs.

Beautiful home and location

We enjoyed this beautiful home during our Tahoe stay. A couple slept downstairs and my husband, two children and I slept upstairs in the king master suite. The house was spacious and spotless, even the pet friendly carpet is clean. Comfortable home and great location.

Everything you need - great location - well appointed

We have stayed at this property a couple times now. It is clean and incredibly well appointed with everything you need. The fenced in back yard is great for our dogs, and the walking trails across the street were fantastic for walks in the snow. It is really easy driving access to both Northstar and Squaw. Highly recommend.

It has a great layout, perfect for family and the yard was a great place for the kids to run around. All amenities you could possibly want and centrally located to beaches and town. very good overall

We enjoyed our visit and overall everything was clean and exactly what you see in the pictures and the yard and hot tub were a real plus. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the carpeting but It is the first time I have ever rented a house that allowed pets so maybe the condition of the carpet is pretty much standard.

Perfect girls weekend

We had a blast! My friends and our pupkids had a such a great time! Yard is fully fenced in and secure. Pups had a great time romping around in 8 inches of fresh snow. So convenient to have access to the backyard from first floor and second floor. Inside the house was great too. Love the open layout for kitchen and living room. Beds were really comfortable. Really nice neighborhood. Easy loop for dog walks with great views of the lake. Will definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two families at this house to spend a week. There were three adults and 4 Kids and this left plenty of space. The house came with everything that we could need. There was one slight issue with a light and the management company responded to the house in less than 5 minutes and rectify the situation. The management company was very fast and responsive to any inquiries we made. The hoa amenities were wonderful and the family loved the pool as well as the private beach.

Nice Place

Nice location, great backyard. House has the majority of its living space on the second floor, with kitchen and living room requiring frequent stair use, especially from the 3 lower bedrooms exterior BBQ, which is on located on the upper deck. This could create challenges for people not able to consistently climb stairs, or wish have the back yard and outdoor cooking space on one level. Liked how it was dog friendly, and had an open living room. No air conditioning-so the upper rooms remained sultry, but Tahoe temperatures were uncharacteristically warm. No garage use and driveway was narrow. Neighborhood allowed for nice walks. Overall a nice place but felt dated, and dusty including some lower bathroom shower mold residue, and it was missing what i considered fairly standard cooking supplies like PAM spray and cooking oils. Neat cabin feel however it was inferior in comparison to others places we have stayed for similar price. Again, All of this is just our opinion and we enjoyed our experience in Lake Tahoe.

Great Thanksgiving

The property was perfect for our group. 3 couples with small children and two dogs. Fenced in backyard for dogs was very convenient. There was even a toy box for the kids, and step stools in the bathrooms. What a kitchen. We were at the house for Thanksgiving and we couldn't have asked for a better or more well-stocked kitchen. It had EVERYTHING we could need. I mean down to speciality tools like a turkey baster and a microplane. How wonderful. We were there during a very serious snow storm. Prior to coming up it I was in contact with Cindy at Tahoe Rental Company and she was so helpful and understanding. We were lucky enough to be able to keep the place an extra day due to the impending storm and they even discounted our rate to encourage us to drive home when it was safer. What a lovely company, lovely home, lovely time. Great big open living area is on second floor, three of four bedrooms on the first. It was a great set-up for hanging out all together. The open concept meant it was easy to keep an eye on the kids while we cooked. Just a lovely time and we know we will be back to this house again. It was really perfect.

Exceptional Friendsgiving in Tahoe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an exceptional stay at Sweet Dreams in Dollar Point. Perfect for 3 families with small children. We stayed during Thanksgiving and the kitchen was the most fully stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Literally everything you could need for a feast. Even a turkey baster! There was an unseasonably early and fierce snow storm predicted for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (2019 bombogenesis, ah!) and Cindy was available and so kind with advice about driving up. We needed to extend our stay by a day because of another snow storm predicting 3 feet of snow for our departure day. Again Cindy worked with us. Luckily the house wasn't booked for Monday so she helped us with a discounted rate so that we didn't put ourselves in potential danger trying to drive home. What a lovely home and company. We definitely plan on staying here again when we have a large group. Will stay with Tahoe Rental Company again even in a smaller house with just us. The house was cozy, great for a group, beds comfortable and warm. Fenced in yard was great for kids and dogs. Just perfect.

The water in the hot tub really needs to be changed and the house could use a really good deep cleaning. Overall, a great vacation home.

Nice fenced yard for our dog. cozy fire, nice blankets, seating for all. Cons: Location is at the end of a street with a cars coming and going constantly. It seems to be the main road into the subdivision. Headlights and noise are often. Construction next door beginning each morning at 8:00. Would have been nice to have been told. Would not have rented since there was no sleeping in. Not the fault of the management, but communication is key. Housekeeping notes: Hot water heater needs turning down - scalding hot throughout the home, kitchen sink does not drain well.
