Unidad 105 - Condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con vistas parciales al golfo norte

Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este hermoso condominio con vista al golfo de dos dormitorios y dos baños está ubicado en el piso 10 de nuestro edificio Tower. Se pueden ver vistas del Golfo de México desde esta unidad, ¡perfecto para ver las puestas de sol de la tarde! El dormitorio principal tiene una hermosa cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42". Para cumplir con el código de incendios del condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados a los que se permite dormir en esta unidad es de seis. La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con servicio de TV FIOS HD. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha, ambas con encimeras de granito. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos necesarios para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y una máquina de café Keruig. El condominio tiene azulejos en todas partes. El patio está incorporado a la sala de estar y tiene ventanas correderas que le permiten disfrutar de la encantadora brisa costera. La piscina en la playa que se muestra en la foto no es parte de nuestra propiedad.

Walkable and awesome view

We don’t rent a car, we walk everywhere. The condo is clean and comfortable. We were two couples and a baby and this place was roomy and accommodated us well.

Palm Bay Club

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the ability to rent the umbrellas and our chairs were set up. We would have loved a lanai but none of the units had outside areas, I believe. We will be back, thank you.

This condo was actually like it said. Love the walk right on beach to the view from our window of gulf. Everything was very clean and beds so comfortable. Would stay there again in a minute. Had a fantastic time!!

Fantastic condo on Siesta Key Beach

Wonderful, clean and comfortable condo on 10th floor with amazing view! Loved the walk ability to the beach with free beach chairs and able to order umbrella for decent price! Will definitely e back!

Absolutely perfect

First time staying at this property. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. From location to condo amenities. Clean, comfortable and the beach location was excellent. I will reserve for next year’s birthday again.

Long weekend getaway

The unit is nice but needs some updating and there is a water leak under the sink they couldn’t fix. The facility itself is a Mickey Tim property and the beach is wonderful. I would stay at palm harbor again just not this unit

Beach Heaven

The location of The Palm Bay Club is ideal. Walk out the door & you are on the gorgeous white sand beach. Chairs & umbrellas are easy to coordinate. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Our stay was magical!

We pulled up the first day about five minutes after sunset, what a beautiful place. The condo was clean and very nice, the pictures are exactly how the unit is. We will be back.

Great location

This is the second time staying at Palm Bay, first in the Towers. Condo was a great size and had everything we needed. The window in the master has been taped (maybe from the storm) and caused the wind to howl quite a bit.

Now I was able to bring my kids here for this special occasion. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean from the 10th floor. We were able to walk out of the building and be at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great location with incredible views!

Location was amazing in the tower 10th floor. Views of both sunset and sunrise from this condo. Actual condo had everything you need and was pretty clean. Had to get maintenance in to fix the shower drains and then they were fine. Building is older and in need of renovations in the lobby and hallways. Only 1 elevator working which was fine and we didn’t wait too long most of the time but it stunk like vomit inside. Such a great location and we would stay here again.

Enjoyed The Palm Bay Club, but Unit 105 needs some work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th stay at The Palm Bay Club, but our first time renting a unit in the tower. We always enjoy our time at the PBC. The view from this unit was fabulous. However, there were several things about the towel and Unit 105 that made our stay less than ideal. Only one elevator was working during our stay often resulting in long waits. Pillows were ridiculously thin and beds were all uncomfortable. The master bathroom shower does not drain properly, so you end up standing in 4" of water. WAY too much clutter in the unit; the numerous artificial plants for example are dust magnets and take up a lot of space. The hallway on the 10th floor is in desperate need of cleaning/updating/repairs. Disappointed considering the amount we paid for our stay. We'll be back again, but will choose another unit for sure.
