Each villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four stylish bedrooms, all featuring private en-suite bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed across three levels, the villas offer spacious interiors, modern amenities, and spectacular sea views from multiple areas of the property.



The lower ground floor features a fully equipped private gym, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routine during their stay. This level also includes a comfortable bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, providing additional privacy and flexibility for families or groups. The basement bedroom also features a small private balcony with a light-filled skylight (light well) above, creating natural brightness and direct access to fresh air.



On the ground floor, guests will find a bright open-plan living area with stylish furnishings, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a dining space designed for gathering and entertaining. Large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors while framing the spectacular sea views. This level also hosts two additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
