Casa de nueva construcción, terminada en 2016. Diseñado a medida con cortinas y muebles personalizados. Cada uno de los 2 dormitorios y sala de estar / 3er dormitorio tiene una personalidad propia. Gran escapada a casa para vacaciones familiares.

Minutos al expreso del Gran Cañón. Justo al final de la calle desde el Grand Canyon Railway que te lleva directamente al Gran Cañón durante toda la primavera y el verano. O bien, viaje en el Polar Express durante la temporada navideña. 33 millas de Flagstaff, justo a la salida de la Interestatal 40, en el hoyo 11 del campo de golf Elephant Rocks.

Too short but very sweet!

My family of three adults and another adult couple spent a long weekend at this beautiful home. The home was very comfortable, clean and felt like home. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. When we come back to Williams we will hope to stay again! Thank you.

Tale of Two

The house and property are good. Night one smoke alarm and CO2 monitor both chipped all night. Kept 4 adults up majority night. Night 2 went much better after we found a ladder and addressed the issue.

Amazing location and town

Our family of five had an amazing stay at this wonderful home. It’s in a beautiful setting just 10 minutes from the charming town of Williams, and an hour south of the Grand Canyon (longer if there is traffic ... leave early). We used it as a base for the GC and beyond. The owner was terrific. We arrived late from Las Vegas and drove through snow and ice and the driveway and sidewalk were cleared when we arrived—thanks so much. Temps in single digits. The neighborhood is on a golf course and is beautiful. And the town of Williams is a must see, too (Brewed Awakenings coffee shop, Pine Country Restaurant, Red Raven Restaurant). Would highly recommend this property for anyone. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Good, but not great.

Minor issue - when we travel if the listing indicates soap and shampoo are supplied we count on it being supplied. It initially wasn't, which was corrected after a phone call with a delivery a couple hours later. Annoying item - the outside temperature was warm, so we had to run the A/C. In the evening there was an automatic reset programmed by the owner that reset the indoor temp to 80 degrees. After one hot night of sleep we figured out a workaround to the issue. Even with the workaround with the bedroom doors closed overnight the temperatures in the bedrooms and living areas had a big variance (one area warm and stuffy, another area cold). Overall a good stay and the house served our needs. But it wasn't quite up to the standards we have experienced in the other 8-10 VRBO rentals we have had in the last 4-5 years.

Great Williams Location

This was the perfect 'home base' for a quick family outing to Northern Arizona. The home was clean, well-stocked, and just what we were looking for. It was a nice place to unwind at the end of the day, and everyone had room to spread out. Just off the interstate made it convenient to find, and close to the attractions we planned to see. Would certainly choose this property again.

Wonderful as always

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this property for our annual corporate meeting. The property is always clean and inviting. We enjoyed the grill on the back deck and sitting outside in the cool temperatures. Close to the golf course for our 3 day event and close to downtown for breakfast/dinners out and the trip to the grocery store. We plan on staying here again next year.

Elephant Rock Golf Course

The location was perfect as we had a golf tournament there at Elephant Rock. Home was clean and comfortable. Good supply of what we needed. Close to Main Street Williams. At night we put a flashlight out to view the course and saw about 15 deer within 30 yards. We will stay again

Perfect "home away from home"! Comfortable & great location for exploring the Grand Canyon.

Excellent location & easy to find. Nice neighborhood & wonderful home. Had everything we needed and more! Kitchen well stocked & we definitely used it every day! Great having access to a grill and laundry room! So nice to be able to wash clothes before heading home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for the wonderful "home away from home"!

Grand Canyon visit

It was a nice property, we enjoyed the stay, loved the silence and the confort of the home. Appreciated the distance to town. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps get a regular coffee pot.

Williams Getaway!

This property is the perfect location for visiting Williams! The house was clean and in a lovely neighborhood near town. We rode the Polar Express and visited the Deer Farm and had a wonderful time. We hiked in the forest near the house and walked the neighborhood. We saw deer in the evenings! Highly recommend this property.

Great All Around

Great house- clean with large porch looking onto the golf course to enjoy the cool weather in the morning with a cup of coffee and having a pint of beer after a long day on the course or downtown Williams.

Spring Break 2020

This was the perfect home for our family to stay while on vacation. We have three kids 18, 8, and 7. We need space, which this beautiful home offered. The check - in process was so easy and we had communication with the property manager if needed. All of the necessary essentials were provided....... We didn't have to replenish a thing. Yes - you are required to take out the trash etc..... that should be with any place other than a hotel. Thank you again for such an AWESOME STAY!!!!!! We saw snow and our kids were so HAPPY...... We will be back for sure......

Home Away From Home

We had the most amazing time here! The house is wonderful and had everything to assist with a much needed vacation. It was perfect for our little group and we were supremely comfortable. We saw tons of deer morning and night feeding on the golf course and adjacent lots. We barbecued on the deck and played games (nice selection). It is the perfect place to stay and local to a big supermarket but just out of the way enough that you felt tons of privacy and quiet. The stars at night were super easy to see from the deck. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything. We baked apple pies and the coffee maker was perfect. Close to Quirky Downtown Williams, Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott, Grand Canyon and more...Thank you for providing such a wonderful place. We hope to visit again some day.

Right home, right location,right price

This house is so gorgeous, the location is perfect for anything you want to do. An hour away and you’re at the Grand Canyon. A mere 5 minute drive and your in Williams on historic Route 66 and all the shops. A half hour and you’re in Flagstaff. My wife and I are already talking about trying to come back next year. It’s the perfect home in a very quiet neighborhood.

Location worked out great.

House is conveniently located, within a few minutes from restaurants and freeway. Very nice neighborhood and very nice home. I recommended to anyone visiting Williams AZ. and/or the Grand Canyon.
