Nuestro condominio frente al mar cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con capacidad para 6 personas. El salón cuenta con cómodos asientos, televisión de pantalla plana, chimenea y, lo mejor de todo, está frente al océano. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y 4 adicionales en el mostrador de la cocina. La cocina totalmente equipada está completamente renovada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Los espacios en este condominio de playa fluyen muy bien, por lo que es una propiedad muy cómoda para alojarse.

Fondos neutros, estilos contemporáneos con colores brillantes es lo que define este alquiler: incluso los hermosos pasillos largos están decorados con toques maravillosos.

Nuestro condominio frente al golfo cuenta con 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King size, televisión de pantalla plana, baño privado y acceso al gran balcón frente al mar. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con dos camas individuales y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size. El segundo dormitorio tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. Este condominio golfo tiene capacidad para un total de 6 personas.

Esta parte de la playa está aislada y algo privada, puedes escapar de las grandes multitudes alojándote en North Clearwater Beach

Proper maintenance not being done on the units which caused me to have to do work that the people who get paid to maintain them should have been doing. I had an issue and left a voicemail message regarding the matter and never heard back from anyone. New management company or employees I feel. I came back because in 2022 I had a great experience. That will not be the case next time as I have many choices.

Horrible Management Company, Lovely Condo

The condo itself is great for a family. Clean, in fairly good condition. Awesome, giant patio with great views of the beach and ocean. Beds are worn out and not comfortable. Also easy access to the beach just out front. HOWEVER, the rental management for this company is terrible. The elevator of the building has been out for weeks (likely due to the hurricane), which we understand is not their fault, but they only alerted us the day before arrival even though we’d booked two months before. I’m 80 years old with mobility issues, and walking up and down 4 flights of stairs to enter / exit our unit was physically and mentally trying, as well as dangerous. If we had known, and they should have disclosed long before they did, we would have found another place to stay. Additionally, the wifi was out, meaning we didn’t have internet or TV. They only came to fix it the last night of our stay. I was in town to celebrate my birthday with my daughters and family, and the issues with the building and management company put a huge strain and damper on the experience. Only AFTER we reached out to them to express our concerns and distress, they offered us a measly $180 refund on a $1400 rental if we signed a ‘hold harmless’ agreement. They gave us a late check out, the least of which they could when they had no guests arriving after us. (Also note they have a ridiculously early 10 AM checkout time.) We will not be staying here again if Beach Time Rentals continues to manage.

A little disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking was very easy and the communication was good. Julian was very helpful and considerate. Unfortunately we did have a few issues with the property. The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean on arrival and very tastefully decorated. We did have some trouble with the garbage disposal clogging requiring maintenance to need to make a trip out. It initially cleared without much trouble but did repeatedly suffer backup requiring use of a plunger to get it to flow again- about 3-4 occasions. Additionally we were unsure why the the laundry room was super warm every time the dryer was used. We found that the deyer vent tubing was ripped and torn off. We had to have the maintenance gentleman return. The room with 2 beds stayed very warm. Our teenage girls were in there and we did not realize how much so to the point of the floor itself felt hot. Unsure what was located below that room. Considering the cost of the room for the week I expected things to be better.

Amazing family vacation

The property was clean, roomy, well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. We spent our days swimming in the beautiful ocean, walking the beach or basking in the sun. We enjoyed morning coffee on the Oceanview porch and later watching the sunset over the ocean with a relaxing glass of wine. There are lots of great shops and restaurants in the area which we also enjoyed. Frenhcy's was a favorite. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Julian, the concierge, provided us with top notch customer service as he was always a phone call away to answer any questions we had. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

We reached out to our contact for the rental, Julian, and he said maintenance would come. They never did...for what you pay to rent the unit, you should have better customer service.

We couldn’t ask for a better location. It was literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean and nice. It could use a few updates but we weren’t really inside very much so we weren’t really looking for appearance. Mona our manager was on top of everything we needed. It even had beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. It had a coffee pot and all the basic kitchen essentials. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The only downside was the pool was in between two buildings so it was shaded most of the time, but you have the beach right there if you like sun all day long. We will definitely be coming back.

The views from the balcony were amazing...we enjoyed drinking coffee out there in the morning and then watching the sunset in the evening! The condo is somewhat outdated and the cleanliness was not superb...we found hair on our beds and in the bathrooms, stains on bedding, and toys found stuffed in the sides of the chairs in the living room. We were able to easily navigate around Clearwater and also to Tampa for a Bucs football game.

The kitchen could have been equipped with items such pizza pans, cleaning spray and other a few more trash bags. Also inform renters that beach towels and other beach toys/chairs are provided so folks do not purchase them before arriving and buy unnecessary items. It was very appreciated to have those items supplied and we were able to return the things we bought for the beach to Walmart.We will be return customers! Thanks for the great stay!

This location is right on the beach with beautiful views! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. So many fun things to do, searching (diving) for shells in the sand bar, jet ski rentals right from the beach and fishing off the pier, to name a few. We had the BEST time!

Huge washer and dryer was a bonus. We used the BBQ down by the pool. Condo had some beach chairs,umbrellas and sand toys. Condo could use a vacuum. We enjoyed our stay!

Just book it!!

Beautiful oceanfront condo, quiet, clean....and close to everything. It was about a 15 minute walk to the pier. The best part I loved about the condo was the hugh balcony over looking the ocean sitting with a glass of wine ~ people watching and watching the sun set

The location of this condo is perfect with an amazing view of the Gulf! We basically park our car for the week and easily walk everywhere for shopping, dining, fun at pier 60!! Our unit was so clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we need! Beach Time rentals is very responsive to anything we needed.

Outdated place

Place is so outdated. Bathrooms are so old that you don’t want to go inside. Place needs to be updated and they shouldn’t be hosting anyone till it’s completely cleaned up and up to date. Very old, outdated and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend

Very nice

Location was great. View was beautiful. The room is exactly what we expected, very nicely decorated. Manager was nice. Things to improve: Our floor was covered in sand, we had to clean while we were there. Even though cleaning person just left. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rec bring your own bath towels there’s were stained. I’m sure they were clean but visually not appealing to wash/dry yourself.
