Este espacioso condominio de 3 dormitorios tiene una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio, dos camas individuales en el tercer dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar, por lo que 8 pueden quedarse aquí cómodamente.
Esta colorida unidad cuenta con un plano de planta abierto, para que su grupo pueda disfrutar de pasar tiempo juntos Ya sea viendo el gran partido o cocinando en la cocina bien equipada. También hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su comodidad.

Perfect location

This property was in a perfect location! Close to great restaurants and right on the beach. The condo had plenty of space for our family trip and everyone was happy to have their own bathroom! Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation on Okaloosa Island

Awesome place! Close enough to Destin and great restaurants but far enough away from the crowds and traffic! We had a great time and would stay again! Where to park was a bit confusing…

Condo in Okaloosa Island

Girls trip during Mother’s Day weekend. Property was located near restaurants, was nicely decorated, and had the amenities needed for cooking and to be near the beach. I would highly recommend this property and plan to come back soon.

Nice stay even though area was crowded for spring break. Okaloosa island is always less crowded than the rest of Fort Walton /Destin. Favorite restaurant Stewbys is right down the street. You can’t go wrong!

Enjoyed the stay. Condo was just what we were after. We didn't utilize the pool area so can't comment on that area. Beds were comfy and place was clean, no complaints at all. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks

We had a great time in this unit. It was as advertised. We had an issue with the freezer when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of.

June Vacay

We had a nice time visiting FWB but this property and location is very underwhelming. It is very outdated, the carpet is dirty in the bedrooms, the electrical outlets and some of the switches did not work, the A/C barely would cool the master bedroom so it left it very hot at night. The master bedroom needs darkening curtains because the bedroom is lit up like a Christmas tree at 5am in the morning. The elevators are extremely slow and it takes forever to get around. This particular property is also right next to the big public access which makes the beach super crowded. We did enjoy ourselves while there but probably will not be back to FWB/Okaloosa Island

Great condo

This property was very nice. We had an issue with the hot water and heat. Taken care of very quickly. Highly recommend this condo. TV in living room could have used written directions for use.

spring break

The property is in a great location and very clean. The only issue we had was that the pool was suppose to be open, which it was, however they had a portion of it taped off that you could not access for construction purposes. The hot-tub was also out of comission.

Not sure if I'll do another VRBO

On our first day at our condo we get a knock on the door saying we are here to do construction on the balcony. Needless to say they were there our entire vacation. Called to complain to RealJoy Vacations ,they were willing to move us but not until our last day there. This took a day and a half of me complaining and pictures for this response

Don’t waste your money staying here.

This place is AWFUL! The condo itself is old and downright disgusting. From the mold in all 3 showers to the stains on the rugs and bedding...do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay. Not to mention there is a cockroach infestation. Gross! I wish I could add pics to this review. Oh, and trust me the pictures are an inaccurate description. You will be highly disappointed.

Minor set back

Everything was good except the tub in one of the guest bathrooms was slow draining. The water handle was also broken. When we called maintenance they came to repair it while we were gone and unfortunately they "repaired" a different bathroom leaving us without the 3rd bathroom for the week. Otherwise, everything was great and we still had 2 other bathrooms to shower with 😁

Old Condo, Shower Pipe burst and cockroaches:( pictures are deceiving

Disappointed with this Condo. The shower in one of the bathrooms pipe burst and soaked the carpet. When I reached out to the property manager, we had a parade of men coming into the condo to fix it the following day. Then they had to come back the next morning at 8 am to complete the job. 2 of our 5 days was focused on dealing with this issue since we had 8 people staying here and needed the shower. I was told by the plumber that the property manager would be calling me, which never happened. I called and emailed them and they acted like it was not a big deal and said they were not informed correctly. After informing them that not only the shower pipe burst, carpet was wet and odor some, our beach chairs were stolen outside our condo door, and found 2 cockroaches in the unit, they offered to pay for an excursion, 2 days prior to our departure. I asked to be refunded for the 2 nights we didn’t have the shower and never heard back again from them. The proximity to the beach was the only plus of the condo. It is old, not at all stocked, and has cockroaches.

Island Princess 317

The condo is in a great location, short walk to the pool and beach. Decor is beach vibes and modern. Rooms are good size and not cramped. Kitchen is adequately stocked with everything you need to cook. Linens and towels were plentiful for our 5 day stay. Washer and dryer were nice to do laundry. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The dishwasher is aged and the shelves are rusted with broken tines. Could use an update. The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work . I contacted management and was told they are aware and the owners aren’t going to fix until the refrigerator needs replaced. Therefore, we had to purchase ice as the two ice trays weren’t adequate for six adults. Tack strip between the carpet and tile of the front bedroom/bathroom was exposed. Management was quick to have someone come out to fix because of the exposed tacks/nails. Also, the bedroom directly across from the front door doesn’t cool down even though AC is on. We purchased a box fan to help with that. The light on the outside of the condo by the front door is very bright and makes the other front bedroom impossible to make dark at night. We tried towels over the shades and resorted to purchasing a black out curtain to resolve the issue. The rug in the living room and carpets could use a good shampooing. No obvious stains, just appear dirty with high traffic areas. Even with the few drawbacks, I would recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

This property was perfect for our little get away! Perfect location! Enjoyed the beach and seen a ton of sand dollars! 5 minutes from Destin boardwalk. The only complaint I have, is that in one of the bedrooms, there were stains on the covers and walls. Other than that, it was very clean! Definitely will be coming back!
