Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needed a deep clean , was not aware the kitchen was upstairs, couch has blood stains, refrigerator door doesn’t shut for fit right, toilet seat doesn’t fit right, drains were all clogged, twin mattresses are awful causing severe sciatica. Dirty skillets were in the cupboards. Knives were broken. Only positive was the water pressure was great. Pool was very nice.

Most uncomfortable vacation

The location and communication was great. The overall condition of the condo was poor- not clean, stained and broken furniture. Old furniture and furnishings. Needs updating throughout!

Love the location but the property could use some updating.

We love this location! It's within walking distance to great dining options, and we enjoyed biking to all the nearby shops. We've stayed in this complex several times, though this was our first time in this particular unit. The layout felt a bit awkward, with the bedrooms located on the first floor and the main living area upstairs. The unit could definitely benefit from some updates—fresh paint and newer furnishings would make a big difference. Most importantly, we found that it wasn't as clean as we expected. Could use a good deep cleaning for sure!

Nice little place in a great location

Property was just a few minutes to the beautiful gulf beach. The townhouse was clean and great for the 4 of us. If a few minor things were updated the property would appear even nicer. Would definitely go back.

Nice stay

We liked the cosy house. A few more informations would have been fine: where exactly is the pool, where the washing machine... It would also be nice to meet a human being at the office instead of only finding a key in a box, which we didn't know in advance. No real problems, of course, but not so kind

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the unit we stayed in. Clean, convenient, and reasonably priced. I had never stayed in a rental vacation property before (other than AirBnB), and either I missed it in the emails or it wasn’t there, but there not being a grill (but you can bring a gas one) would’ve been good info to have. As well as a reminder to bring trash bags, hand soap, TP, etc. Wasn’t a huge deal, just an extra trip to the store and I’ll know for next time. We loved it though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Cassine Gardens. Beach is a very short walk away and it's super close to the sandy bike trails of Point Washington SF and Eastern lake trail system. As a family of mountain bikers it's the main reason we visit Seagrove Beach during the winter break. Overall, the property was clean. However a number plates and mugs needed to be washed before use, grease and coffee stains etc. The kitchen is well equipped so it was a plus. Bathrooms are updated but note to others: it only has one full bath. We would definitely stay here again.

Outdated and dirty floors. Hair in the tub drain and palmetto bugs at the entrance. AC wasn’t working but mgmt had someone there within the hour and it was fixed.

Good stay, great area.

We enjoyed our stay in Seagrove Beach. This condo was very close to the beach access, and the beach was not overly crowded. The only issue that we had was the floors were not clean when we checked in (the looked like they had been swept but not mopped) and one of the bathroom sinks had finger drawings in the bowl, so it clearly was not cleaned. I sent an email to the email address that I found online, but they had not received the email by the time we checked out. I would rent again, but would check the floors and call if they aren’t clean (we checked in after hours, so calling wasn’t an option).

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this property.Many things needed fixing. Furniture soiled, bed linens of poor quality and mismatched. No mattress pad,, only sheet covering a foam topper. Patio door fogged, blinds missing pieces, lots of decorative “junk” about.Refrigerator door did not shut completely, Location to beach was good, restaurants nearby a plus, but that cannot make up for failure of this rental as a pleasing place to stay.

Fantastic Location, Clean and Bright!

The living space is upstairs and bedrooms are downstairs. Nice beachy decor. Location is just across the street from the beach and just steps to the community pool. Can’t beat what you get for the price—we would definitely stay here again! (Property management company was also incredibly responsive and helpful—highly recommend!)

We hope to have a property here one day!The kitchen could use a few more items as we cook on vacation, and the unit could use a deep cleaning (walls, baseboards etc) but overall it was lovely and very serviceable. We would definitely stay there again. We missed a beach view but appreciated the price of the rental sold us, along with the drive-down beach access. We have some mobility issues and it was great to be able to drive to drop off people and items at the beach, then drop off the car at the unit and walk back in 2 min!

Not the best place to stay for more than 1 week

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After several years of staying here we will not return next year. This townhouse needs lots of upgrading. The faults are too numerous to list. Although the cleaning team makes an effort to clean up after each stay, we have to follow up on their efforts. The floors do not appear to have been mopped in years. The heating and cooling system needs cleaning and maintenance. The whole townhouse need to be repainted and have minor upgrades made. The vertical blinds need to be replaced. There are missing slats and broken ones. The furniture needs to be replaced. The arrangement of the furniture limits viewing of the TV for more than 4 people. the furniture is uncomfortable and not welcoming. Have fun trying to cook. The pots lack proper lids and no lids for the pans. The microwave is very little and hard to operate. The knife set is old and blades are very dull. You will have a choice of 14 plastic cooking spoons but only one spatula. The sink and counter top are simply functional and need to be replaced. BTW don't look under the sink! The sliders and screens don't work well and the windows have a fog. The internet service has to be reset frequently during "spring break" as the feed line is shared by other buildings. On any given day that happens 6-10 times. The washer and dryer need to be replaced. The laundry room is very dirty.

The Motel 6 of Seagrove Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you have read our reviews of the property in the past, you can appreciate what I am about to write. We have stayed in the property for several years. March of 2021 will be the last time we will rent this property. We cannot recommend this property for anything other than a short stay. Unit 110 needs a lot of upgrading in both cosmetic appearances and the functional aspects of the property. While the bathrooms were upgraded in the past, little else has been done to enhance the property. We estimate that our rent expenditure for the times we have used this property is in excess of $8400+. None of our contribution has been reinvested into the property. Our advice is to rent somewhere else! It not only needs a lot of work to update it, but it needs an extensive cleaning job, too!
