La cocina recientemente renovada presta encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable para el cocinero de su grupo. Hay una cama queen en el dormitorio principal y 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados.

El hermoso paisaje en Beachwood Villas tiene senderos de paseo marítimo que conducen a patios y comodidades pacíficos que se ofrecen en este entorno tranquilo. Hay un acceso público a la playa convenientemente ubicado al otro lado de la calle para dar un paseo por la hermosa arena blanca y las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México.

Family spring break

This property was as described and suited our family of four well. Great location, easy beach access and close to restaurants. Grounds/pools older but well kept. Condo a bit dated and worn (our visit was at the tail end of spring break), but baths appear updated. Overall a comfortable condo.

Great location! Nice setting!

My biggest complaint was that the bathroom vanities/sinks were too low….a tall person’s problem! LOL! Great location, nice setting, kitchen was ideal, beds were comfortable, good layout, quiet. I’d stay here again. The couch has some stains on it but the place was clean.

We had a great stay, Al was well, no issues. Only thing is pictures online make everything look much bigger then it really is. Expected two full beds in one room and it was twins. Otherwise loved the location, and the kitchen was well stocked.

The beds were very comfortable.The pools were lovely and not crowded. The tennis courts are nice. The only negative was the tennis courts are advertised as "lighted tennis courts", but the lights are no longer there. Hopefully this is just temporary. We would definitely stay here again.

The only negative was no washer/dryer inside the unit(there was a laundry room at the condo complex). I would stay here again for maybe 3-4 nights but 7 days was a little long to trek across the complex to wash clothes/towels each day. The unit supplied 1 towel and washcloth for each person staying in the condo. Overall the condo and beach area was nice!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo had a musty smell upon entrance. The ceilings in bedrooms and living room appeared to be dirty or an attempt to cover up something. Both showers had little water pressure especially the bedroom bathroom. This was even while no water was running in the other bathroom. Other than this the property was fine. I have stayed in other units and they were fine as well.

'A VALUE PACKED PLACE TO STAY ON 30A

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A convenient ground floor unit that is easily accessible from the parking lot. Located deeper into the property than I perceived but actually it’s quieter back there! I would have given 5 stars on the Cleanliness review but the patio could have used a sweeping. No laundry in the unit but the laundry was close (bring your own quarters, the coin machine is cantankerous and the adjacent Tom Thumb won’t make change). Because it’s a corporate rental there’s no owner or guest left behind spices, coffee filters or the little things you find in a typical VRBO or Air Bnb. Bedding, towels and kitchen utensils were all good and the ice maker worked great. For our 2 couple getaway the property worked just fine.

Not fancy but works

We stayed for 5 nights. The condo is not fancy but it worked. The ice maker does not work, the TV in the spare best does not work no mater what remote u you use . And believe me we tried the all. Couldn’t not even find a power button on the actual TV. The water pressure is not great and the beds are foam so I thought the are hard. It was nice that they provided towels and soap. It bring your own hand soap and there is none. The floor was dirty as you cannot see it but the bottom of our feet were so dirty . We made everything work for our stay.

Good place

We were greater by a dead roach, I would rather see a dead one than a live one, when we walked in. The main living space is a little cramped. The mattress in the master is super hard. If, you don't mind those things, then it's fine. The unit is on the back of the complex, so you don't get the sounds from the pool area, but you do get the sounds of anyone upstairs. The beach is an easy walk, but you will have to walk down the beach because most of the beach from the public access is private. The water was turned off without working for about 45 minutes and management quickly took care of it.Otherwise we had a nice time.

The small space was fine. But the beds are uncomfortable. It was not clean. Very dinghy and there is a moldy sour smell in the master bedroom. No new toilet paper. Just left over from previous renters. Will not rerent.

It was just a few minute walk from the beach and the beach was so beautiful. There are alot of other beaches close by as well, a very short drive. Such a neat little town with a lot of options, you can rent a bike and pretty much go get anything you need or want or are hungry for. It was just a very great experience, very happy with everything and the memories we made were priceless.

It was dirty, we found a dead cockroach in the TV room, cabinets smelling mold, bad master’s mattress, not good pillows, short of blankets.... Unfortunately the list goes on...

Luiza, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your vacation in unit 13A at Beachwood Villas. We were not notified that the unit was unclean, had we been made aware we would have promptly asked the cleaners to return to do a proper job. We have high expectations for our cleaners, especially in today's world. In the event bugs are seen, we must call our local pest control service. We have our units sprayed quarterly, but can have them spray intermittently if necessary. If you ever should arrive to a property under our management and there are not enough blankets, towels, etc for your party, do not hesitate to reach out and we will happily provide the correct amount. Would book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With never being in this area before, we booked this place with no car. Of all the area I believe we were in the best location to not have a car! The beaches are literally right across the street. There’s a gas station across the street that we got some essentials, toilet paper, eggs, sunscreen, beer etc. We rented bikes and rode everywhere. Went to Seaside a lot to eat at the food trucks. As for the condo it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you’d need to cook. The tv in the living room is a smart tv so you can log in Netflix and stuff. I never did turn the tv on in the bedroom. I would definitely book this place again in a heartbeat!

Condo has a musty smell. Sheets were stained and we had to change them. Condo was not clean and beds were uncomfortable.

Ok place to rent in Seagrove Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were supposed to stay on the beachside, but Hurricane Sally took out the beach just in front of the building we had rented. So they offered this spot to us. The condo is just ok. Everything was clean and worked, but the beds could use a little love. I mean a mattress topper and a little WD-40 would do wonders to the master bedroom. Bed squeaked all night and wasn’t exactly comfy. The grounds of Beachwood Villas could use a little maintenance. Walking to the laundry facility, you had to duck lots of branches on very narrow paths. The tennis courts were a pleasant surprise. In decent shape. Overall I’d stay there again, but only if everything else was sold out.

Comfortable Updated Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodations were comfortable. Perfect location. However the unit could have been a little cleaner. Floors clearly had not been swept or mopped as sand was everywhere, including the dresser drawers of the master bedroom. We decided to extend our stay one extra night, and had a communication issue with the management company as far as the digital lock changed from our original reservation. So we were locked out of the unit for a couple of hours and it was after business hours. Waiting for the management company to return our call. Was a inconvenience.
