CASA DE CABALLO DE MAR - 2B / 1. 5 Ba - Adorable Beach Cottage (a solo 15 segundos a pie del acceso a la playa)

Simplemente adorable casa familiar en la playa, a solo una cuadra del acceso a la playa. Con amor remodelado y presenta un tema de playa, con estilo costero y colores. La sala de estar incluye dos sofás, uno de los cuales es una cama Queen, un televisor de pantalla plana y servicio de televisión por cable.  A partir de ahí, la puerta corrediza de vidrio se abre a la cubierta trasera con un encantador patio trasero. Disfrutarás de la fogata (a veces fuera de los límites durante la temporada de incendios) y de los muebles de exterior en un espacio tranquilo y apartado.  También hay una barbacoa disponible en el garaje.
El dormitorio principal ofrece una cómoda cama King y TV de pantalla plana.  Junto al dormitorio principal, encontrarás un baño completo con ducha y lavadora y secadora. El área de comedor y la cocina están completamente remodeladas y tienen un ambiente amplio y luminoso. Fuera de la cocina encontrarás un lindo medio baño, y más allá está el segundo dormitorio con una cama Queen Murphy.  Hay dos lugares de estacionamiento disponibles; uno en el garaje y uno en el camino de entrada. ¡Disfrutar!

The staff were amazing and accommodated our early arrival. The home was spotless, well kept and pleasantly decorated. Kitchen was well appointed (no kettle though) with lots of counter space for meal prep.

Great stay for group of 6

Our college friends trip to Oregon was a success thanks to this great cottage we got to stay in. It provided us with cooking supplies for meals, chairs for the beach and boogie boards which were awesome. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach and walkability from downtown attractions. The microwave did not work which was a bit of an inconvenience, and the house got warm at times but we opened the doors/windows which helped. The host was not very responsive initially but eventually responded to a few questions we had. Overall we had a great stay and we would recommend this cottage as a comfortable beach getaway in Oregon!

Cute cottage with a wonderful location

This cottage was cute, clean, and located in a great spot. Short walk to the beach and the promenade, which was convenient for our family. We appreciated the fire pit in the backyard and the assortment of beach toys to use. Our only issue is that when we arrived we found that the microwave didn’t work. We called the property manager to report it and she said she knew it was broken and she’d bring a loaner the next day. She never brought a microwave and we never heard from her again for the rest of our stay. We ended up using the stove to heat food. But it would have been nicer and faster to have the microwave, or at least be told in advance that there wouldn’t be one in the cottage.

Location is perfect, easy beach access and a reasonable walk to the main drag. Quiet and felt safe and private. The backyard was nice with a great fire pit. Generally the place was clean and in good order. There were cherry pits scattered in the backyard and tucked under some furniture and some sand of course, but that’s inevitable. I mostly felt comfortable and there were TONS of towels and extra snuggly blankets. Laundry was convenient and the code for the door access worked well and it was nice not having to deal with a key. My only complaints were minor but they were mildly annoying. The provided toilet paper and paper towels were very thin. I felt like we went through an excessive amount of paper towels because they were such low quality. It would have been nice to have a bit of a bigger tv with access to streaming services - it felt a bit outdated. The buttons to turn on lights/fan were a bit glitchy particularly in the bedroom - I don’t think we ever got the overhead light to turn on. My only other comment doesn’t affect my rating but just an fyi for parents with little kids. The second bedroom was very brightly lit and difficult to darken which wasn’t ideal for our 14 month old’s sleep.

Comfortable cottage near the beach

Clean and comfortable cottage. It was well stocked with dvd movies and games for entertainment. The microwave and main dvd player didn’t work but we managed. We loved the back deck and garden. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.

Very nice property, clean, quiet, and everything is so close. Loved that kitchen had anything you could think of. Also, having extra half bath was super useful. The only issue we had was with microwave as it kept on turning off. Something with the electrical. Maybe host can fix that? Thank you!

Great Location

This adorable little house is just a few houses down from the beach and a nice stroll to the promenade walkway. We soon discovered we didn't need our car to get around town. The house had everything we needed for cooking. There are some family movies and games. If there were any drawbacks, the direct tv doesn't have the best channels. Very cute and cozy and super clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach

I really enjoyed my stay. Close to beach and had everything we needed. We could walk to friends and families rental homes to enjoy a birthday celebration. Would stay there again!

This rental fit exactly what we needed. A good home base for beach activities. A great place to relax after a day out and about. We loved having a garage to park in. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

The house is adorable and the beach access is 1/2 block up the street. The backyard was pleasant to look out at and our boys were able to play out there where we could see them. The backyard is not fully fenced. Unfortunately it rained during most of our stay and it would have been nice if the DVD players worked. The property manager came right over to help, but wasn't able to fix it. (She was very nice.) There was a bottle cap in the bedroom but the rest of the house was clean. I would recommend a higher toilet in the bathroom with the shower.
