Este condominio Keauhou Punahele se encuentra en la mejor ubicación en Kona. Esta exuberante propiedad tropical se encuentra en la zona de la bahía de Keauhou y ofrece todo lo que desea y necesita. A-303 es un condominio de lujo remodelado con vistas al hoyo 8 del Kona Country Club Ocean Course en el tranquilo complejo Keauhou Punahele. Esta encantadora unidad de tercer piso (superior) cuenta con tres dormitorios, tres baños y una amplia terraza con un fabuloso campo de golf y vistas al mar. Techos abovedados, suelos de baldosas y una cocina amigable con el chef con electrodomésticos nuevos. Dos dormitorios en el piso principal cada uno duermen dos y cuentan con baños actualizados. El espacio del desván, abierto a la sala de estar debajo, cuenta con una cama completa y baño de 3/4. Hermosa piscina y jardines, y una corta caminata hacia el puerto deportivo, el mercado de agricultores de miércoles, las mantarrayas (se puede nadar con ellos!) y el parque que conmemora el lugar de nacimiento de Kamehameha III. Tome un trolebús en la ciudad desde el Sheraton al final de la calle. Perfect for a family

Fantastic three week stay in Kona. We would love to book this condo again. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. No air conditioning but no problem - the overhead fans moved enough air to keep us cool. Enough out of town, yet close enough to the KTA grocery store.

Family friendly

Having three bedrooms and three baths for travelers aged between 14 and 78 was essential to family harmony and much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked so did not have to run out for condiments or a decent spatula so again much appreciated. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful; we enjoyed meeting them. Two nearby farmers' markets on two different days offered fresh fruit and other goodies: fantastic!

Wonderful condo and property owner

This condo was perfect for my family and parents. The property owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo has a community pool, its own bbq and everything you need to cook meals. 5 min drive to a grocery store, coffee shop and farmers market. Right up the hill from the Outrigger (walking distance). Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Big Island.

Marilyn was immediately available and resolved any issue! She is respectful, kind, and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient. to beaches and town. With an artist/food market just down the road a couple times a week.

Fantastic Two Weeks on the Big Island

We had a fantastic two week stay on the big island. We really enjoyed the VRBO that we stayed at. It was just as advertised with a great view and a great location to do all the things that we wanted to do on the island during our vacation.

Very nice condo

Marilyn was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. The condo was well-kept and well-equipped, in an excellent location. The only two negatives I would point to: 1. It’s something of a tight fit for six people if they are not all from the same family, as the loft bedroom really affords little privacy. 2. The second main floor bedroom runs hot, even with the use of fans. This problem is exacerbated by the type of sheets/bedding that are used, as they are a t-shirt type of material which retains heat. This would be an easy fix.

Excellent Property - Loved our 5 weeks there!

This property had excellent views of the golf course and ocean. We are outside each meal we were there. The owners had everything we needed within this upscale condo. The rooms were all lovely, with 3 Bedrooms and 3 full baths. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the owner was excellent to work with. Highly recommend this property.

View and location were perfect

All was great. Only complain was the neighbours below complained because we got up early! Sorry came from Canada and she didn’t realize we are 4 hours later! Otherwise I suggest not to stay at this location with a child we tip toed as much as we could but unfortunately keeping a toddler from not moving until the lady below us was up was impossible. Otherwise everything was at the location that we needed to cook and stay.

Love the Big Island

Great condo for a family! It was equipped with everything. We miss those sunsets so much already! Comfortable beds and nicely appointed unit! The grounds were beautiful and the pool was great! There was someone selling the best fish ever just across the road too! Great proximity to Keauhou shopping centre and over to Captain Cook for pizza or tacos! Marilyn was very responsive and great to deal with!

Home Away From Home

We loved our stay at the Ohana Place At Punahele, this was one of those times that the pictures didn't quite depict the wonderful condo. The space is well designed with more than adequate space for 4 adults and at times with two visitors. The lanai space was our go to spot for the magnificent sunsets, with every one being different in its own beauty. It was also a great place to have morning coffee, breakfast, and dinner, we never sat at the dining room table! The beds were very comfortable, I never slept so well anywhere else except in my own bed... If you book your stay here, you will not be disappointed. This condo and location is truly a special place in paradise! Aloha, Our Ohana

As good as it gets

Ah, how did we love this condo? Let us count the ways: 1. Location. At the end of Ali'i Drive, Kona's main drag. Far enough away from the tourist madness so it's quiet, yet convenient to stores and restaurants, and a quick start to the island's South End activities. 2. Clean, spacious, comfortable and lovely. An excellent lanai with ocean views from its third-floor vantage. Inside amenities were great, bed very comfortable, A big plus -- the cleaning crew did a superb job. We wish our house was as neat. 3. Terrific owners. Marilyn was accessible, prompt in replying to queries, knowledgeable and a nice person. 4. Best thing we can say: We'll be back.

Perfect stay on the Big Island

Truly, this property is amazing! It was the perfect size for my parents, us and our 2 kids (6 & 13). We all had our own spaces. The location of the condo is perfect within the complexes - with the doors open and screens shut and the fans on, it stays very comfortable and pretty cool. The location in Keauhou was great too - 10 minutes to Captain Cook, 15 to Kailua-Kona, grocery and sundries and restaurants less than 5 minutes away, 2 Farmers Markets nearby, Keauhou Bay just a short walk away. The kitchen was well appointed and fit our needs perfectly. And the best part - watching sunsets from the living room. Or the dining area. Or the primary bedroom. No, from the lanai! Spectacular views every night! Marilyn was a terrific host. She did everything she could to make sure our stay was perfect. We were very happy at A-303! We hope to be back on our next trip to the Big Island!

Great place to stay!

Marilyn is a great host and kept us well informed about the property before our arrival. She also provided very useful information about the area and the binder inside the house was extremely helpful! We used it every day to find the perfect beaches, places to eat and things to do. The house itself was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and lots of extra bedding was provided. We were also very excited about the beach towels, coolers, sand toys and fun stuff to take to the beach since we couldn’t bring those items with us. The location is perfect and close to everything. We would stay here again and we highly recommend it!

Perfect Getaway

Nicely appointed condo with a lovely view from the lanai, especially at sunset. Convenient little beach walking distance from the condo down by the harbor. Overall location gives easy access to Kona and other areas of interest. Worked beautifully for our 1 year old granddaughter. Would return in a heart beat!

It's beautiful, inside and out. We've recently updated the entire unit. The daytime views of the ocean and the golf course are spectacular and the nighttime views of the twinkling lights of the Sheraton are lovely too. Being on the 3rd floor with no one above you, you won't hear others walking around. The sounds of the many songbirds in the morning and the evening are lovely. It's close to everything. And this unit gets breezes rolling off the hill above that roll right through the unit and keep everything cool.
