Desde los preciosos amaneceres hasta los famosos atardeceres Kona. Kona Coast Resort es una base ideal para disfrutar de su estadía en Big Island.

Este hermoso condominio es espacioso (más de 1100 pies cuadrados + Lanai), con aire acondicionado, para no fumadores, lujoso y está ubicado en la sección de los Jardines Keauhou del prestigioso Kona Coast Resort, un Five Star Gold Crown Resort en veintidós acres hermosamente diseñados. aproximadamente siete millas al sur del centro de Kona. Este condominio de lujo de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño se encuentra en el edificio número 5, el edificio más apartado y tranquilo del Kona Coast Resort. Esta unidad del piso superior tiene una hermosa tabla de madera, techos abovedados y frentes en la calle 16 del Kona Country Club.

Este condominio completo fue renovado en 2010 y es 100% libre de alfombras, lo que es perfecto para personas con problemas de alergia para disfrutar de un ambiente libre de lana y polvo. Este condominio también cuenta con muebles modernos, electrodomésticos más nuevos, dos grandes televisores LCD montados en la pared en la sala de estar y el dormitorio, y un baño completamente renovado con una enorme ducha a medida diseñada. El amplio dormitorio tiene una cama king size con un colchón de espuma de memoria firme y de alta calidad. La sala de estar tiene un área de escritorio para cualquier trabajo que deba realizarse.

El lanai es completamente privado incluso a otras áreas del resort. Con más de 300 pies cuadrados, el espacio orientado al este ofrece fantásticas vistas de la salida del sol sobre el campo de golf para que pueda disfrutar de una taza de café Kona mientras escucha a los pájaros cantores. The host communicated very well with a guidebook containing all relevant information about how to check in and places to eat and activities available around the area. The unit was clean and the property was beautiful. I loved to pool and all the amenities.

Spacious comfortable condo. Nice pool with adjacent restaurant and bar was also great to have. Lovely views of the fairway of the golf course. Distant views of the water from the bedroom and kitchen. Full size washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a plus.

Great place to stay. We have stayed at Kona Coast Resort many times and this was a great unit. The unit is updated and clean and everything worked as expected. The unit has a fun view of the golf course which provides its own entertainment. Would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property and location to stay at when vacationing on the big Island of Hawai'i.The suite is spacious, clean, and well stocked with almost everything you may need (i.e. furniture, small applicances, etc.We did have one problem while we were there which was handled quickly, efficiently, and above expectations by the renters immediately after they were contacted.Overall, I would rent this property again and highly recommend.

Great place

My son and I stayed at Kona Coast Resort for 7 days and we really enjoyed the condo we stayed at. Everything was amazing, the afternoons at the Swimming poll/bar restaurant, the facilities are great. I will definetely stay there again!

The ice maker in fridge was broken. Kona coast did then get me bag of ice and ice trays quickly.The chairs on patio were broken and the AC in the unit did not work. AC repair tech was sent but could not fix until a part was ordered. Overall the unit is ok but could be updated a bit. Broken mirror slabs tile in kitchen broken. It would have been nice to have another outdoor dining table. There were chairs but no table.Overall the place is ok but needs some improvement. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot and the AC being broken wasn’t much of an issue.
