Subiendo un tramo de escaleras en el segundo nivel (no hay ascensores), el condominio # 114 incluye una cocina completa, balcón con vista a la piscina, sala de estar, comedor, televisión, medio baño, así como un sofá cama doble desplegable En el piso principal. Arriba está el dormitorio principal con un balcón que da al estacionamiento y tiene una vista del océano a la izquierda, lavadora y secadora, así como el baño completo. Este condominio puede dormir cómodamente 4 y es mucho más grande que cualquier habitación de hotel. Los dos pisos se pueden separar cerrando la puerta de las escaleras que suben al dormitorio.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and we loved the location. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The beach was beautiful and a big plus was the deck on the beach. The sunsets were beautiful.

Great vacation!

We had a great time! The owner was very sweet and informative about the condo. The condo is very well kept and neat. We love Largo Mar and the location on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. A very family friendly place to stay!

Perfect location for a beach vacation. The unit is super clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen has all the basics covered. Karri communicated often and the checkin/checkout process was very simple. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Largo Mar

We had a wonderful stay. We liked the area for ease of walking/biking opportunities. We liked our unit and the Largo Mar complex, especially the beach access out front. We met some of the other owners during our stay and felt very welcomed. Karri is a great host, very attentive to any needs one might have to make your stay all one might expect. Great condominiums

We lived the location and the condominiums! This particular unit needs updating. However, it was clean and had everything we needed! Kerri was great and communicated very well!!

Perfect for social distancing!

The property was very nicely updated after the hurricane. Since it is a smaller property with only stairs, it is the perfect place to stay in PCB to avoid crowds and socially distance. Neither the pool nor the beach in front of the complex was crowded. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

This condo must be rebuilt

This condo has been in need of repair for a long time, shower, toilet, kitchen, everything needs to be renewed. And it's not for nothing that they didn't want to show me any more photos

Andrii every room is pictured on VRBO. The condo was renovated 3 years ago except for the vanities in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The tile in shower and the toilets are within 3 years old. All this is in the pictures and in the verbage. You never asked for more pictures, you complained about the weather and the double red flags at the beach but never about the unit until now. I am sorry you had a bad vacation experience!

Disappointing. I wish I had read the April review.

A number of maintenance and repair issues hampered our stay. The condo was very outdated. We toured other condos in the complex and they shown by comparison. We made reservations at the last minute to be with family and this was the last available unit. Regretfully, I did not do the due diligence of reading the previous review.

I am so sorry you feel this way! I offered you a full money refund prior to your departure from home due to the damage of previous guest. I did refund money even though you decided to go. I did that just for the inconvenience. We had constant communication so I am very disappointed that my apologies, the refund and you deciding to go knowing that their was damage to the unit was not taken as heartfelt. The unit was not and has never been marketed as a unit that has been updated. The pictures are exactly what you see when you arrive.

The condo is in a nice area. But the condo itself is not nice!

The condo was not clean. The towels & washcloths were torn, had holes in them and stained badly. There was light bulbs that needed replaced and many of the outlets don’t even work! This condo needs to be updated badly. When I go on vacation I want to relax but we had to wash the towels and things because they smelled and it was not clean. We were disappointed to say the least. The owner is very nice and good to work with but the condo isn’t as nice.

Thanks for letting us know. The place was gutted in October of 2018 and totally redone. Look at the pics now. Give us another try one day!

Nice complex, dirty condo

Condo complex nice, quiet, deck toward ocean very nice to use, friendly owners. Condo 114 is dirty, had mold surrounding bathtub, only four bath towels provided for a one month stay, upstairs toilet runs constantly. Kitchen l ceiling light dim, stove hood light burned out, toaster dirty, microwave rusty in back. Nice laminate flooring but socks were black after walking on them for evening of arrival. Vacuum provided is filthy, canister full of hair and dirt as well as beater bar. Broom in closet was the same with hair and dirt in it. Could not find a dustpan. Coffee table and end table frames dusty and food crumbs between frame and glass. We won’t be renting this unit again. Would highly recommend the complex and this area of the beach however as it is less congested and quieter than the other end of Thomas drive.

I am sorry you felt the unit was not to your standard. I never got one complaint from you except on the lighting. I do not have a vacuum in the place so that is news to me! Please communicate with your next landlord and give them your matters like phone number so they can communicate with you esp on matters like water outages. Thank you for your comments.

We wanted a well maintained property without elevators and crowds. We loved this property so much we have now bought a second larger unit in the same complex.
