Long Weekend getaway

Great spot to take the dogs. Awesome views from all the decks. Hot tub and dog area was absolutely perfect for traveling with pets. Well equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. Cooking was easy. We would stay again!!!!

Great house and location

The views exceed expectations and it is a nice, fully stocked house. Communication and issue resolution was lacking on $7000+ stay but the place was great.

Great house in the best location in Silverthorne!

This is our second time staying at this house. It's simply the best location in the area - right on the side of the mountain with views for days. It's a short walk to the Mesa Cortina trailhead and a quick drive to everywhere in Silverthorne, Dillon, and the rest of Summit County. The house itself is clean and well-kept and the small backyard area for dogs is such a great perk.

Christmas 2022

We enjoyed our stay in Silverthorne. This home is situated on the mountainside overlooking Silverthorne. The view is beautiful. We were close to shopping, snowboarding and restaurants. The hot tub was a bonus for the family after a day at Keystone. We will definitely return.

Great way to celebrate July 4th with family.

We had a great time, the view was wonderful, the hot tub was enjoyed by all. The house is well stocked and everything went as planned. A slight holdup on getting the door code when we arrived but that could have been my fault, not sure but it didn't hold us up for long. All in all a great trip and yes we would come back.

Unbeatable Location!

This house has so many amazing views! It is literally on the side of a mountain so the views of the town, lake, and mountains are all great. The outdoor space at the house is unmatched. Typically you have to choose between having a fenced yard or good views but this house has both. Our dogs loved being able to use the doggie door and run around outside. The house itself is good, having the bedrooms on different floors would be great if you were staying here with friends or family. The house is not very updated and could use some maintenance but nothing that is a big deal, it’s just not in the “luxury” category. Overall we would stay here again and had a great vacation!

Spectacular View - Minimal Amenities Including TV Service

I selected this rental because of it's spectacular view, and it did not disappoint. I was also intrigued by the view from of the hot tub and it was equally amazing and also well maintained. Unfortunately it was down hill from here with VERY limited (mostly no) Dish TV service to the entire rental, as well as minimal to no basics such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish washing pods, dish washing soap, just to name the missing items I remember. I really wanted to love this rental, but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to return given these circumstances which I can't believe were all coincidental with our stay.

Huge house in the best location!

It doesn't sink in that this house is on the side of a mountain until you get there. It is very much on the side of a mountain with the most spectacular views of Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, and other mountains in the distance. We kept the windows open the whole time and the mountain air provided perfect A/C in the summer. It's easy walking distance to the Mesa Cortina trailhead, which is a fun trail for people and dogs. Easy access to Silverthorne and Dillon by car. The house is huge, with tons of space for visitors, and every bedroom has a balcony, some of which are massive. The hot tub was a perfect wind-down activity after a day of hiking, and the patch of turf in the yard was such a great accommodation for travelers with dogs. Overall, we loved staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

Great get away place for family the dog

We loved our stay! The house was amazing! The fenced in dog area and doggie door were perfect for our little dog! The hot tub was delightful and the close hiking trail charming! The house is close to shopping and food with great views! There are a lot of stairs so preprared for that but we would love to go back sometime!

July family vacation

Great house, plenty of room for everyone including our dogs. The views were great. Close to everything. Great place to relax. Only one downside was there was a lot of stairs but by the middle of our vacation we got used to it.

Amazing Views!

The pictures do not do this view justice, you have to see it for yourself. 5 balconies out of 3 bedrooms and 2 living spaces, we were always surrounded by the Rockies! We were in Silverthorne for a wedding and were able to have other wedding guests stay with us, it was an incredible bonding experience for old friends. The hot tub was massive and luxurious, sharing the same view as the balconies. The entire property was dog friendly, with a fenced off outdoor area that let us and our pup relax. I can't recommend this property enough, would love to come back with family for the holidays!

Beautiful getaway

Overall, the house was great for our family and dogs. We enjoyed the views and closeness to shops and restaurants. A few updates needed may be replacing the couch. Granted this is a dog friendly home, it was pretty stained and we had to flip the cushions because there was a lot of crud on them. We did like the kennels being available for use, that was nice. The only other thing was the tub in the master bath didn't work as far as the jetted features, still a great tub... With that being said, we would still return for another trip in the future, it was really nice.

Great family getaway!

Fun, multilevel layout, helps everyone get a few extra steps everyday :-). Perfect for 1-2 families traveling with kids and pets. We didn’t bring our pups but the place is well setup for your furry friends. One request would be a upgrade on towels and maybe add some larger ones for the hot tub. We made it work with a load of laundry (everything included) but would be a nice update for the future. Thanks for letting us stay.

A Beautiful Spot in the Mountains - Highly Recommended!

Our family loved this place and would highly recommend it to others! The views are beautiful, and the house was well kept and very comfortable. Our family loved the spacious jacuzzi with room for everyone - a place to enjoy relaxing with the mountain views. We did not come with our own pets, but it is well set up for pets but definitely maintains the cleaning standards of those who don't allow pets. Just a short walk from the house is the Mesa-Cortina trailhead - a popular trail that we enjoyed walking at any time without having to orchestrate transport and parking. Kristi was a delight to work with - a very gracious host who made us feel welcomed and very comfortable with asking questions and for recommendations. We look forward to staying there again when we are able to return to this beautiful area!

We enjoyed our time, four years we've stayed in area. We visit the towns, shops, restaurants, and drive through the mountains to find new adventures, attractions to visit. Rain or Shine the scenery is beautiful and pictures never truly give justice to the beauty..

The pictures don’t do this beautiful house justice! The views were absolutely amazing! The house was very spacious didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Perfect location to go to town and ski but still felt like we had our privacy. Our family loved this house and can’t wait to go back. Thank y’all!

This home looks up at the mountains and down on Silverthorne. It is most beautiful at night sitting in the hot tub looking up at the stars, out at the mountains and lights down in the valley.

Great House

This is a great house with amazing views. Loved staying here. Hopefully we can stay longer next time. Also, it was fun being able to look up to the mountain and see the house from numerous places around town.
