¡Bienvenido a nuestra casa de las Montañas Rocosas lejos de casa! Este hermoso condominio cuenta con cinco habitaciones y cuatro baños y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 12 personas. Nuestra casa está ubicada en Prospector Village y está de espaldas al espacio abierto de National Forest, que ofrece impresionantes vistas desde cada ventana, así como la cubierta orientada al sur. Hay varios senderos que se pueden utilizar durante todo el año para practicar senderismo, ciclismo, raquetas de nieve o esquí de fondo. Estamos cerca de varias estaciones de esquí del condado de Summit y otras comodidades populares, como tiendas, restaurantes, bares y actividades recreativas. Los dos jacuzzis comunitarios ofrecen relajación garantizada después de disfrutar de un día lleno de actividades de montaña.

This was a fantastic house. With four bathrooms, our large group never had to wait. The kitchen is well stocked. Our three families have been doing this trip for over seven years and this by far was the favorite location. The host was outstanding.

Great place for a large group

Well kept property, bathrooms worked well, kitchen worked, all the beds were comfortable. They had a few light bulbs out here and there and was fairly dark overall with little lighting other than that it was a good place.

Really enjoyed the property. It was large enough for me and all my friends and we had a fantastic time hanging out at the house, and it was close to everything we needed in Silverthorne.

Nice place, plenty of space.

Property was great. Just wish it had a private hot tub. No one really likes walking in the cold to a community hot tub.

Party of Nine

This property was perfect for my party of nine, 2 kids and 7 adults. They layout of the home gave all of us privacy and space. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and everything you need to prepare your meals...even shish kabob skewers! The location is central to so many great excursions and communication with our host was quickly responded. I would DEFINITELY return to this property.

Lovely accommodations with mountain views and access to national forest. Well appointed house with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space. Easy access to activities in Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne.

Great place!

The view is incredible, the house was great and the fire place was super cozy! Our family enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would suggest is replacing the mattress on the main floor bedroom. It was pretty rough to sleep on. Other than that, we loved the house!

Family Christmas

The house was perfect and better than we expected. Our three generations fit great. The location made it easy to get to the store, slopes, and restaurants. When we cooked at the house, it was fully stocked with everything we needed to include spices and even a meat thermometer for our Christmas roast. We've stayed in a number of VRBO's and Air BNB's and this house was the best. The listing didn't do it justice. For our next trip to Summit County, we will look to rent this home again.

Perfect for a Group!

Our family of five adults and four pre-teens/teens really enjoyed our stay! The property was even nicer than it looked in the photos in the listing, and the location was wonderful -- a highlight of our stay was a very close moose sighting! We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Lovely place for a large group

We spent my birthday weekend here with friends and family. We were all very comfortable and the views are amazing. The location is convenient to several ski areas and there is hiking right outside the door. Comfy beds and comfy couches too. We also appreciated the attached heated garage.

Nice and spacious house overlooking the mountains

The property is located on top of the hill opposite to the Breckenridge and Keystone mountains. It is a couple of miles up from Silverthorne and Frisco, where all the shops, restaurants and cafes are located. The location is quite but still pretty convenient for the ski resorts. The house is spacious and well maintained. All the appliances were properly functioning. The homeowners are very responsive and they provided help and tips when asked. The road to the house from I 70 is uphill and winding. We never had any issue reaching the house but I imagine it could be a little challenging during a snow storm unless you drive a AWD vehicle. Just a thought.

Perfect getaway!

Thank you for sharing your home with us for our mini family reunion last weekend! There were a total of 3 families who stayed here and we had so much room to spread out and enjoy our time together. The 5 children opted for the 2 downstairs rooms which provided more than enough room. The two girls stayed in the room with a twin and trundle bed and the 3 boys stayed in the room with 2 bunk beds. The downstairs has a bathroom between the 2 bedrooms which worked perfect for the kids. Our kids are between the ages of 7 - 12 and were all happy to sleep together in the lower level. If my other sister was there with her toddlers, they could have stayed downstairs in the twin/trundle room in order to be closer to their kids, but this wasn't necessary for us. My elderly parents stayed in the main floor bedroom, and this floor also has a bathroom with a shower. My husband and I, and the other couple, stayed in the two master suites located on the 3rd floor. The condo was even nicer than the pictures described. Most of the furnishings and carpet appear to be brand new, and it is equipped with everything you could imagine. Every kitchen gadget imaginable, board games, TV's, DVD's, first aid kit, and even a little welcome basket with packages of Hot Cocoa and other goodies. The condo has a washer/dryer which was a nice convenience. The condo has a 2 car garage and additional parking which is nice if you have more than 2 carloads of people. I love that this condo is removed from the hustle bustle by being tucked up on a mountain above Silverthorne, but it's also so close to everything! The outlet malls are at the bottom of the hill, as well as a grocery store, liquor store, and several restaurants! The main ski resorts are also super close. We can't wait to come back in the winter and ski at a couple of different resorts! This trip we spent many hours hiking the trails that were located right behind the condo. So fun! This was an incredible rental that is reasonably priced and we will definitely be back.
