The location was just amazing! At night we left our windows open to listen to the waves on the beach. We loved having our own access to what felt like a private beach. The house was obviously a rental property . . . but that was ok. We were visiting for a wedding and had lots of small children, married couples etc. We cooked many meals in the home and the kitchen was well stocked even for our large party. The pool was quite small - but - we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. I was surprised there was absolutely NOTHING left from previous renters - like salt or foil or things like that. And when they say "starter" amounts of disposables like TP and dish soap . . . they MEANT it. The rental company was very responsive to our calls when we needed things - which gave us a real comfort. We did use "babyquip" - as the house had no baby beds or other things. Babyquip did a great job for us as well. There really is no beating this location. And we did enjoy restaurants nearby. Everything was very close.

Perfect location

This house is perfect! Large enough to hold large groups. Perfect location to the beach and the golf cart is perfect for shopping and getting to the restaurants. Everything you need and more.

Location, Luxury and Amenities Galore!

This house was fantastic! Our extended family celebrated in January for my Mom's 80th birthday.There were plenty of seating areas, a completely furnished kitchen, 3 refrigerators, and plenty of room for the whole family. The kids loved the downstairs game room. This house was perfect for all ages - 10 - 80!

Well equiped, comfortable & fun amenities.

6 bedrooms a little misleading as the gameroom doubles as a bedroom with no closet. Great for kids but not for adults.

Thank you for the great comments. The game room is explained as the 6th bedroom and it is a giant room with huge space and sleeping area, as well as the great games and TV's. We are not trying to be misleading at all and if we are asked about it we clearly spell out exactly what the room is and it is best described given the context as a bedroom and game room with a full bathroom. 70th Birthday Celebration

We have a wonderful experience staying at Villa Segundo to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. With people from age 2 to 70 we all had something fun to do without ever leaving the property. We all had comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms in which to freshen up. The game room was great and the beach was just a short walk out the back door.

Mansion on the Beach

I highly recommend staying at this property. Every bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean. The living areas are very spacious for bigger groups of all ages. Between the ocean, hot tub/swimming pool, game room, and TVs in each room there is plenty to do. The property manager accommodated us in checking in a little early and was quick to answer any questions. The home was clean and well stocked for cooking meals. I will definitely rent this home again.

We rented this home for our entire family. The location and views were amazing. The house had plenty of room and things for everyone to do. The weather was great and the beach was awesome! Dream House for any type of group of people.

Truly a dream house on a perfect spot on the beach. Beautiful facilities and all new and clean appliances and furniture. Crazy game room amazing for kids or adults who still like games like kids (me!) and generally stocked with everything one would want to use for fun of the beach or getting around town. Couldn't have been happier. Has to be one of the nicest houses in Pensacola.

Awesome Review! We share your sentiment and think this is the premiere direct Beach Front house on Pensacola Beach. The house includes some great amenities including 10 Bikes, Beach Chairs and Umbrellas, wagons, a full game room with Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, Pool Table, Air Hockey all higher end games as well as two wall mounted TVs. The house is huge with 5 bedrooms that are gulf front facing and the 6th bedroom incorporated in the game room. Thanks again for the great review and look for more improvements in 2020! Spring Break Group Getaway

Location is perfect! House has tons of room, even for our group of 19. Interior is updated, and is as advertised! Exterior is becoming weathered. Pool/Spa insert had some difficulty during our stay. After Day 3, circuit breaker for spa side kept tripping. I also suspect the insert may have a slight leak. Don't worry about bringing your beach chairs, toys, bikes, etc. to this place....they've got it all waiting for you! Host communication was A. Overall, 4.5/5, we would recommend this one.

We enjoyed our beachfront home. We noticed several things that needed maintenance attention. We were overall happy with our stay. We were disappointed that our hot tub did not work until 2 days before we left. If a property advertises amenities, those amenities should be working period!

Excellent On-Beach Accomodation

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We rated this accommodation 5 overall, but it was more of a 4.5 ... not bad enough for a 4, but a bit too worn for a 5 ... and the pool is very small. Worn in what manner? Squeaky beds and doors, impossible to clean stove, broken railing on the deck (outside the kitchen on the way to the lowest level), shelf missing in the fridge, most of the supplied beach umbrellas and canopies are broken in some manner. We've stayed in some "5"s that were a step up. But you can't beat the location, view and privacy of this accommodation.

The mattresses are all basically new for the beds with recent purchases so I am not sure about the beds squeaking? We will definitely get the railing fixed and replace any/all broken courtesy beach equipment we provide. The pool is what it is described as a swim spa pool and provides a great freshwater alternative to the beach. Thanks, Gulf Coast Getaways

Big house and right on the beach!

This home was a perfect location- amazing gulf views from virtually every room and literally right on the beach. The home is large and accommodated our family reasonably well, although I would say it is a stretch that the home sleeps 30 (we had 23 and one set of adults had to sleep in the loft on the pullout sleepers). There is some updating that does need to be done including replacing some of the mattresses as others have eluded to here on VRBO reviews. I will say that Gulf Coast Getaways was extremely responsive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. As a result we have reserved with Gulf Coast Getaways again next year given our positive experience with them this year.
