En 303 Avenida 13, un letrero cuelga en la entrada que dice que LA VIDA ES BUENA EN LA PLAYA. Eso establece el tono para esta propiedad de 3.200 pies cuadrados, seis habitaciones, 6. 5 baños y primera línea frente al Golfo. La brillante decoración costera y la gran sala de estar hacen de esta casa una de las favoritas de los huéspedes.

303 Avenida 13 es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Las escaleras de entrada conducen directamente a la cocina abierta, sala de estar y comedor. La cocina hace que la preparación de la comida sea muy fácil con encimeras de granito, dos lavaplatos, una gran barra de desayuno y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. Hay dos mesas de comedor que aseguran que todos tengan un asiento para las comidas familiares. La sala de estar es muy cómoda, con muchos asientos y un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 60 "(¡Netflix incluido!). También hay un bar con máquina de hielo. El dormitorio 5 tiene dos camas queen, baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y se abre a la terraza delantera. Dormitorio 6 tiene una cama king y baño grande con ducha a ras de suelo.

Una gran sala de lavandería con refrigerador adicional se encuentra detrás de la cocina. Ahorrando lo mejor para el final, las comodidades exteriores de esta casa son fantásticas. La cubierta del nivel principal se abre desde la sala de estar y las habitaciones del lado del Golfo. Tiene muchos asientos para relajarse y cenar. Family Getaway

This house was absolutely beautiful! The house was extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional, polite and helpful. This was our first stay in Pensacola and if we are every back this way this house will be our first choice. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay and experience.

The house was well stocked, had plenty of room for everyone and the pictures don't do it justice! It was right on the beach and convenient to everything yet you felt as if you were on your own private beach! The door knobs could all use some tightening, as a few fell off but that was the only issue we had during our stay. Would highly recommend!!

The wedding was held right out on the beach, and Sand Dollar Weddings provided all the coordination and catering for the service and reception. Gulf Coast sounds provided the entertainment. The weather was beautiful. The home and location provided a perfect backdrop and the best environment for out two families to integrate beautifully.

The house was clean except for a couple of bathrooms that needed attention. The house lacked a few amenities: one hair dryer for 6 bedrooms; NO pantry items (salt & pepper, foil, etc); one beach chair. Suggestions: mirrors in the bedrooms; keypad entry rather than 2 keys for up to 20 people.

Family vacation

The house was perfect for our family - lots of sleeping space (rooms with actual space!!), plenty of sitting space in the living room/dining and just room to not be on top of each other. The kids had plenty of space to play and just roam. The kitchen was very well stocked (the most stocked we’ve ever experienced) and having two full size fridges was awesome! We don’t eat out every night on vacation so we had plenty of room to have food and keep lots of drinks cold as well so less trips to the grocery to restock. The distance to the beach was perfect and the beach was fabulous- no crowds and room for all the kids to run without worry of kicking sand on someone else. The only complaint some of our family members had with the house were the “firm” matresses and they were firm. I don’t think we have stayed anywhere where they aren’t though so it’s kind of expected. The only bad issue we had was the biting flies on the beach, but several locals told us they had never been that bad. We had never experienced those in other areas before but that’s not something the property could control. Overall we had a great stay at this property and would definitely return for another vacation!

Well equipped, perfect location, private bathrooms for everyone and on one floor. Spacious deck, covered area, and the pool. Awesome beach front home

We had a great stay at this awesome home. It was clean and was just like the pictures. Great location right on the beach with easy access. Only real comments would be 1-We wish the home came with beach towels and beach chairs and 2-the pool was small and was dirty with leaves and sand. It never got cleaned after the storm for the week we were there We would stay here again.
